I doubted if I should order from Shooos, since there are some negative reviews about shipping, but decided that I felt lucky. Turned out to be a good gamble because there weren't any troubles for me. I got an e-mail confirmation immediately after placing the order, as well as a text message with a link to see order updates. When they sent out the order I got another e-mail with tracking information. They shipped the same day, so super fast. Also was a sunday I may add. On Wednesday I had my package, so shipping was super quick (Slovakia to Netherlands.) Whatever went wrong with seneing out shipping information to others before, they seem to have fixed it.

The shoes are great, came in original box, real deal. They fit perfectly, so I didn't have any contact with customer service and can't comment on that. Overall I definitely had a good experience and would order again from them.

Ordered two pairs of trainers, arrived two weeks later. I had to return them due to them being too small. Used their own packaging, sent back as instructed. No refund made. I contacted them a via email and WhatsApp customer support channel regarding the refund. No response whatsoever. Had to contact my card issuer to get my money back. Avoid.

It looked a bit iffy at first and after reading some of the Reddit threats and negative reviews I was in doubt but it turned out fine. Shoes came in with a slight delay, but turned out authentic and for a good price.

Superfast delivery and good communication. Shoes are original and exactly as shown on the website.
Would definitely buy here again and will recommend other people to buy here!

This website is a scam! There is no way to contact shooos, My order was supposed to be delivered today however my tracking status has stayed on the same position for days and has not even left the depot yet! The customer service email address listed on the website and confirmation email is inactive and FB messenger does not reply This website is a scam!

I had a mishap with an order (got an error message and ended up ordering the same pair of shoes three times) which was immediately rectified/refunded and the pair I was after arrived super quick. Very happy with the service and product

frais de retour a ma charge pour une erreur que je n ai pas commis et sav trop compliqué ...j ai un goût amer de cette transaction pour habituer d acheter ce genre d article je ne commanderai plus chez eux !!!!

A package hot lost between SHOOOS and HDL. IT took afkomst a mint and I had to make all the contact to SHOOOS and even DHL.
Whrn finally it was decades to rebound me , that was very quickly done.

Tutto bene quel che finisce bene. L'articolo ordinato conforme al 100%. Spedizione e ricezione ottimali. Reso, per taglia troppo larga, un pochino brigosa forse anche per inesperienza.Costi sostenuti con poste italiane inferiori a 40 euro.Rimborso costi di acquisto tempestivo.

Arnaque ? Colis non reçu depuis un mois, bloqué en Hongrie? Aucune réponse aux mails ou contact sur les réseaux sociaux. Honteux !

J'ai reçu mon colis dans les plus brefs délais. Personnellement, l'échange s'est très bien passé et ma chaussure est niquel et semble authentique.

Not going to lie I was a little worried about ordering from this site since I couIdn't find much info on it but, ordered a pair of Palladium boots anyway. I emailed support because the email with my tracking info was delayed and they promptly emailed me back. My boots shipped within two days and I received them two days after that. They are the correct size and everything. Overall a good experience.

Fantastic customer service would highly recommend purchasing through Shooos. Resolved an issue very quickly and efficiently.
