Best pair of Palladiums 😍
It's my first time ordering from Shooos so I was a bit sceptical. My shoes were dispatched, delivered and arrived within a few days in UK. Very pleased with the service, because I received updates every step of the way. Overall I definitely recommend 💯

Good communication
Ordered a pair of trainers that unfortunately came with 2 diff sizes in the box. However the process to rectify was easy. I was able to return the items at no cost and the correct items were sent to me for free. Great trainers that were a present and they love them. Thanks!

From placing the order, communication was great, delivery was expensive, but they are in Europe, so to be expected. However the delivery came within 4 days and the boots are great

Mon colis est arrivé fracturé et complètement déchiré !!!!!!
Comme il s'agissait de chaussures bas de gamme, il n'a pas été volé !
Le colis a été déposé sur mon palier tel quel, sans même que le livreur ait sonné à la porte !!!
Je venais pourtant de lui permettre l'accès à l'immeuble via l'interphone au RDC. J'étais à mon domicile.
Quelques minutes plus tard, m'inquiétant de ne pas entendre ma sonnette annonçant la remise en main propre de mon colis par le livreur, j'ai ouvert ma porte d'appartement, et ai découvert le colis fouillé !
Aucune réponse de Shooos à ce moment... d'où cet avis négatif, pourtant inhabituel dans mes coutumes.

I felt sure this was a dodgy website!
I really really wanted a Carhartt corduroy jacket but all UK based websites were charging £180. I eventually decided to take the risk even though the website name looked iffy, the location looked iffy and even the spelling on the confirmation e-mail wasn’t great. I felt sure I would make payment and never see my money again. Low and behold 4 days later the jacket ordered in the colour I really wanted (brandy) arrived as advertised. Appearances can sometime be deceiving, good service at a great price!

wrong product, good customer service
Disappointingly I was sent the wrong product (the shoes they had advertised as vegan were actually leather). I freaked out a little as I had read some negative reviews abouth them, but as it turned out they were responsive, communicated well, processed the return quickly and gave me a full refund including delivery both ways. I would buy from them again.
