I approached your staff during the new york marathon exhibition and got a free custom shoe fitting, I was surprised of how simple it was.
I have not found the file!!! but I am sure it should be there, and I if do, I am almost sure I will use the promotion to buy me a pair of shoes.

The guidance video was a game-changer for me. The science behind why certain running shoes were suggested changed me from being loyal to one brand and now loyal to what my feet need. I've told everyone about this wonderful experience and how my feet no longer hurt. Thank you for making the shoe experience less painful. I will never go back to ordering shoes from a shoe store or running a store.

The shoes feel like they are tailor made with the insoles! Very short break-in period!

I got a custom foot scan at the NYC marathon expo, and wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The personal fit profile video blew me away with what they were able to capture and analyze with just an iPhone scan! I have to admit I was a bit skeptical of the lack of choosing shoe sizes yourself, and my heart dropped a bit when I got my first pair and they were a half a size bigger than what I’m used to. But once I put them on, I realized they got it exactly right. It was a model that apparently runs a bit small, but I would’ve gotten my normal size if choosing for myself. Because of the sizing up and the custom insoles, they felt great right out of the box! The insoles are great, the whole service is really fantastic. Highly recommend!

Personalized assessment delivered via e-mail video is a very nice offering. For me, it made for a compelling justification for trying a pair of shoes with the custom inserts. The delivery was quick and my shoes feel great so far. I haven’t taken them for an inaugural run, but the fit is perfect. Overall, a great value and again, really appreciate the personalization and customization!

The shoe size from the testing is WRONG. You say I should be wearing an 11 and I can’t begin to get into an 11, much less run in it. If I can’t trust the shoe size, how can I trust anything else?

After little wear in, the Shoely has completely changed the load on my foot. Nowadays I am able to extend my runs by 30%, as my feet get fatigued much later. Great product.
