3 pairs of my favourite Argentine Tango shoes given a new lease of life with new straps. It took a while - they had to source matching leather - burgundy, silver and copper - but the results are great and the differences imperceptible. Even managing to re-fit the silver snakeskin onto the new strap so that the new silver piece hardly shows at all. Delighted with the results.
Only downside was having to email to check on progress - it would have been useful to have had a time estimate at the start. Otherwise excellent job! Thank you so much. Rosemary

I have used Original cobblers a few times now and every time they never fail to do precisely what is asked and required. Boots jackets belts and oddities. I can't recommend them enough.. straight forward no nonsense honest business with really fair realistic pricing..worth travelling to if not local.

Firstly , other than increased height (exactly as I ordered), you would think these shoes came from the original shoe factory.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding and from the miniute I placed the order the communition was exemplary, firstly letting me know what the process and timings would be, and finally delivering when expected.

Another miracle created! Martin and team have now altered more than 12 shoes for me. The craftsmanship is consistently of a very high standard and I would have no hesitation in recommending Original Cobblers especially for folks having orthopaedic issues with their feet!

Used two times now for RM Williams full resole/ heel replacement. Excellent service, excellent communication throughout and the boots returned in perfect order and given a lovely polish. Like new again! Will definitely use again.
