Utter junk! save yourself time and just put your money straight into the dustbin! Terrible look and feel, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Do not buy from this place. It is a scam. I ordered:
1 - Women’s Elegant Brown Woven Cotton- Linen Long Sleeved Shirt Collar Jumpsuit with Belt - Received a polyester shirt, pants, and belt. Nothing like the image online.
2 - Western Heritage Suede Jacket Bohemian Ethnic Cinched-Waist Blazer - Received polyester shirt, looks horrible. nothing like the image online.
Ugly, cheap polyester…no where near what they show online.
Do not buy.

商品質量超差，跟照片完全不同，根本是詐騙。
等了快一個月，收到一件垃圾。寫信要退貨，收到回覆說 可以退款50% 不用寄回去，因為國際運費也不划算，超級誇張，擺明是詐欺。千萬不要購買

Never been so disappointed after spending so much, I just threw my money in the hot burning fire. #Scam, lacoste logo it's like my 3 year kid's drawing.... Rather opt for Temu or Shein. This Shisuicloud is more than rubbish

Very poor quality product not like described or shown in image. Arrived late in the mail.

I ordered a garment from your company for my dranddaughter's Christmas present. It did not arrive in time, which was disappointing for us both.
When it did arrive, the size LARGE, as ordered is tiny, and does not fit. The material is man made and HORRIBLE. The company is saying we will have to pay a hefty postage to return the item. Having seen the garment and how unpleasant it is, she does NOT want it.
I demand a full refund immediately.

My mum ordered the celestial star hoodie for my teenager in early December. It didn’t arrive in time for Christmas which was a disappointment. When it did arrive it looked nothing like the picture. It’s a horrible shiny nylon with a cheap print of the image. She ordered a ladies large but it’s the size suitable for about a 10 year old child.Now they are offering for $15.99 to exchange the item for a different size but my daughter wouldn’t ever wear this even if fit her. Or we can return it but the postage would be our own cost. Having paid £37 plus £7 postage we are furious. DO No use this crappy company, the products do not resemble in any way the pictures, they have no customer service and then pay you to return unwanted products. Steer well clear.

I have placed my order online on September 9th and today is October 9th still didn’t receive my package. The tracking number shows status: pending while the customer service confirmed that the package has already arrived to the country of destination and asked to be patient few more days for delivery! That was 10 days back! I sent an other email asking for refund and they never responded! DO NOT BUY FROM SHISUICLOUD IT S A SCAM
