They claim to have a HOLD mortgage broker team but their response shows no understanding of HOLD.

This company is very accommodating bith Any and Phillip have been fantastic and gone the extra mile on so many occasions.

Thoroughly recommend.

Hi I am first time buyer and I called this company and spoke to sox about 07 of January after 3 mounts lying and try to keep me on them they said my case is declined This guy from the beginning said everything is so far good and said I need to make %20 deposit I had ro bring money from iran because of this guy I even loss to much money on currency exchange I spoke to his boss 2 mounts ego but nothing changes please don’t wast Your time with this company if any one wants to know just email me I will explain

I have been using Shire Financial Services Limited for last 5 years now and the service provided by our Broker Jonathan has been excellent. He always picks up the phone and when not possible returns call on same day.
On few occasions when it was taking longer by the lender , Jonathan and his team in office have been able to speak to the concern business / relationship manager of the lending company to expedite the process .
I am always happy to recommend him to my friends and family ! He has good knowledge of residential , BTL and HMO mortgages.
