When I first accessed the site I fully intended to buy the electric nail grinder. The site offered me a 10% discount in exchange for my email so I provided it. I was supposed to receive the discount code in an email, but it hadn't arrived after 6 hours. So I emailed to inquire how long it should take, and they never answered that email. So I'm not about to order anything from them.

I’ve never received my order nor have I gotten any communication from the company sounds like scam territory

I have e-mailed them no response, I click on the tracking # they provided , it when nowhere and I still don't have my electric fingernail clipper I order. If it not a scam then where is my order.

Shiptosail has been the solution I've been looking for. Affordable clothing in styles right at my door. Easy to order from website with excellent coustomer service always there when you need them. I've just made Shiptosail my way to go when I want to look great.

Delivery updates will definitely make you nervous because it just shows received & in transit but it came at expected time and my boutique and client is happy.

I ordered a Universal Sink Drain Stopper for $9.99 on 07/15/2023 and I still haven't received it.

I've made some inquiries and there's no way to get shipping status.

Steer clear of this rip off vendor.

Ordered 2 pairs of medium size slacks. Received 2 small. Contacted to return many times with no reply. Very disappointed. Should have read reviews first.

The sizing of the clothing on ShiptoSail is incorrect. I ordered a bra and a pair of slacks. Neither item came close to fitting. I emailed customer service the day the package arrived. I emailed them 5 times after that. They will not respond. They post their return policy, which is a common policy for online businesses. Their fabrics are cheap and they will not respond to me. They post that I must have the items returned within 30 days of receipt. I have tried, in vain, to get a response and an address to send them to. I will file a complaint with Facebook, FTC and every online shopping site hoping to put these scammers out of business.

I think I would love the 3 pairs of pants I bought if I could only exchange them for the right size. Despite numerous attempts to contact the company for exchange instructions no one has ever responded to me. I’m stuck with $60 of clothes I can’t wear.

What a scam! I ordered 4 pairs and they took FOREVER to arrive and are Nothing like the advertisement!
They are thin and cheep cotton. No stretch, see through very small for the size
But the kicker was being charged over $80 for express shipping I did NOT authorize!
Shipping from Romania which was not said in the advertisement either
No customer service!!

I was really nervous before making an order, not knowing what to expect. Especially having to purchase it in a larger size (22). I choose the colour white. Wonderful! Very beautiful. The dress is really well made. Exactly the same as buying a dress from a local store. The stitching with fine workmanship and the rushing is simply amazing. I would definitely purchase from this site again. If you are nervous about buying from here, don't be!

Total scam company. Their products are cheap junk. They send it to a third party seller who then reships it to the customer. He uses a fake shipping number and does not pay the shipping. When USPS delivers the package, you will get stuck paying the postage. We already got stuck paying it when we ordered. Then you’ll get screwed and charged again for shipping or you can refuse the package and then be out the money you paid for the order. Total Scam!

Bought two pairs and neither work for distance...they suggested 400x for people over 70...wrong again! Returning to sender who is a third party dealer! These are coming from China and then reshipped to us! US mailing company has a USPS permit to re-mail these.
Ad suggests other use for glasses when they ONLY work for reading and are not optical adjusted for seniors!

Ordered a pair of glasses that were supposed to help with nearsighted and farsightedness. Unfortunately, did not work at all. We had 5 different people try them to make sure we were not mistaken. They were ordered 11/28/22 and we received them 1/13/23. We tried to email them for a return, but unfortunately, they did not response.
