For over 5 years I started using shiptonaija to ship my items from USA, they always satisfied me with excellent service. They are very honest, no stories of lost or damage items.

This company is a big scam my goods is with them more than 3 month now

Had a "buyer" on eBay, who became an eBay member the same day he submits a Buy It Now for an item I was selling, and didn't offer payment. The ship to address he sent was 3770 Zip Industrial Blvd, Atlanta, GA 30354. Upon a quick search I learn the address is one ShipToNaija, and thanks to other reviewers here, it verified my instincts this was a scam. If you read the reviews here, on SiteJabber and BBB, this is obviously an unethical and immoral group of people who will do what they can to steal your money.

I should have gone to Trustpilot for reviews before making this mistake. my item has been with them for over 30 days now. and still in the warehouse. I will never ever ever ever ever recommend or will I ever use their services even if they are the only shipping company in the world or Nigeria. Run for your life.. you have been warned.

don’t know how these people got their 4 star. They are probably typing it themselves. At first, They told me they ship every week Lied,5 months still waiting 😭😭RUN PLEASE LIED LIED LIED

I have used them for about 5 times and the services have been decent and excellent. The charges are pocket friendly ,especially the basic air while the Priority shipping is a bit expensive but usually takes less than a week to reach my doorstep from UK to Sokoto, Nigeria. I recommend them.

Horrible company, horrible customer service. It does not matter what type of delivery service you paid for. They will hold your item hostage. Paid for a shipment, the item was overvalued and I was billed for more insurance. It's been one month and it is yet to leave their warehouse. Customer service avoids calls.

They are full of nothing but a scam. Once you ship from them, they still have to call you to pay another custom charge to inform you that your package was missing. I send a small package for $643.64, and they still have to steal half of the goods in the box, stating that customs have them.

The Idiot so-called Udoka Njoku. I will make sure they see hell.  

Stay away. Please! Please! Please do NOT use them! They are nothing but a scam. They will NOT give you your stuff if you don't pay more. They hold it hostage. You will NEVER get your things. NEVER! They have kept my shipment 19069 forced to take extra charges still the goods was half said rat eat some of the goods and the customs have some. All they do is lie, and I'm reporting them to the better business bureau. NEVER again will you steal people?  Do NOT trust them.

They are delivering NOTHING. They are lying. They are lying. Stay away. Stay away. Please! Please! Do NOT use them! They do NOT deliver. They do NOT give you your stuff. They hold it hostage. You will NEVER get your stuff. NEVER!!!!! They have held my shipment 21320 and 21839 for a month and one week now. They will NEVER give it back. I had Oge, Adeyemi, and Princess all lie to me. All they do is lie and I'm reporting you to the better business bureau and filing a lawsuit. NEVER again will you steal peoples $1700 USD. You thieves! Do NOT trust them!!! I am a first time shipper and this is my experience. Please don't make it your own.

I did a shipment to Nigeria from the US. They said it will take 2 week. And over 1 month now I still haven't received my package and they charged so much for this service. This is the worst ever. How can I pay almost $170.20. Paid for flight for this parcel and over one month I still haven't received and this is almost costing me my business and contract because I keep have to be telling the client I have received but something came up. But all the fault is on shiptonaija.com
