Blue paint

My boot bag got opened during travel, placed in a box, and it now covered in permanent blue paint - the paint is on my ski bag as well. I filed a claim and have not heard back.

That said, we’re very sorry to hear about the condition in which they were received. This is not a typical experience, and we understand how frustrating this can be.

We can confirm that your claim submission from Friday evening has been received. A member of our Claims Team is currently reviewing the details and will follow up with you today with a claim approval or to let you know if any additional information is needed.

Simple and streamlined service

It's very simple and streamlined. Appreciate the use of FedEx vs using UPS, as FedEx is a superior provider of transport services in my experience. Getting a bit spendy, but the convenience is worth the price.
