I called and talked to Christina and we signed a contract for my truck to be delivered on 1/10/2026. Today. She said she would call me with delivery drivers phone number. Then she never called me back with his number. I waited till the next morning to call her back. Then she told me after we signed a contract for delivery on 1/10/2026. That she wouldn’t be able to deliver it until Monday. And of course she already got my 100 dollar deposit before she scammed me on my delivery date of 1/10/2026. If I don’t get my truck delivered today like I was supposed to. I will boycott her business all over the internet. I am searching for her address now. It’s like she gets your deposit then doesn’t deliver when the contract says.

Bait and switch pricing. Quote to ship auto from FL to OK was good but then when it came time to ship the price almost doubled and when I called to cancel the order they wanted a cancellation fee. Beware of this company check the reviews. Company is not recognized by the BBB

Ship Auto is a mess. Avoid them no matter what you think or hear or read. They quoted a price which I agreed to, then called and asked for more. Their agent told me the truck broke down on way to pick up and they needed repair money. What a joke. One truck showed up after 48 hours after pickup day, and same day a second truck also showed up. I agreed to the up charge since the vehicle was in their hands, and the employee stated he would give me a credit for next move - I have no correspondence for that lie. Oh, the employee said if "I" did not pay the upcharge, the additional fee would come out of his pocket. Look at the good review names - I think a bunch are make believe. The agent stated a very English name but had a strong Russian or mid-East accent. I am turning my comments over to the state as a complaint. Interstate shipping is covered by Federal government so they get a letter as well.

Warning: Bait and Switch – Do NOT Use This Company

Do NOT use this company for car shipping. I was communicating with a representative named Brad and was quoted $600 all-inclusive to ship my car. I confirmed that the total cost was $600 all-Inclusive. A pickup was scheduled for Saturday 12/20/2025, after I provided both pickup and drop-off addresses.
Brad sent me a contract link to sign, stating it would be forwarded to the driver. He also required a $200 reservation deposit, which I paid after he called me to collect my card information.
After the payment was made, he suddenly claimed he could not find a driver for the scheduled date and moved the pickup to 12/22/2025. On 12/22/2025, he again said he could not find a driver for the agreed price of $600. At that point, the price increased from $600 to $1,000.
When I told him I wanted to cancel, he said there would be a $200 cancellation fee.
This is a clear bait-and-switch tactic. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CAR SHIPPING. I have forwarded all text message conversations to my attorney. They will be contacted by my attorney soon.

Their customer support team is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I had a last-minute request for expedited shipping, and they worked with me to accommodate my needs. The packages arrived on time and were in perfect condition. I was particularly impressed by their commitment to customer satisfaction. Great communication. Great driver and dispatcher selection. Once things started moving it was smooth. The only hiccup was the initial driver and the rate were nullified and a new driver and new rate was proposed at the last minute which came out a little bit higher than the initial contract.

But besides that hiccup everything was five star. Because of this last minute surprise I'm reducing one star.

After reading many reviews of auto shippers in general, I was filled with dread, that the quoted price would increase on the day the car was picked up. Thankfully Bob Doss and the team at ship auto now came through, the car was delivered with no issues, and we are happy.
