I had shift 4 installed about 4 weeks ago, so far they have been excellent, local engineer to me (Carl Daniel) is excellent to work with, he was in the area last week and popped to check all was OK, he's gone above and beyond with customer services, I couldn't recommend this company more, I've already recommended to a fellow publican. Thanks for everything Carl
