My experience with Donna the sales…
My experience with Donna the sales representative who visited my shop was awesome 👌 her level of experience with knowledge of the POS Market was able to convince me to start using Shift4 despite been with another service provider. Donna was able to demonstrate why Shft4 was better value for money .Also Donna visited my shop twice to ensure the payment machine was working effectively inaddition to email and Whatapps follow up .This was very reassuring.

Henrique was great and took his time to explain the POS to us. He didn’t rush us at all. There were times I didn’t reply to him for days and sometimes weeks, but he was very patient and understanding. We have been using Shift4 for just over a month now and are enjoying it. Would definitely recommend it to my colleagues.

Amex with great price for retailer
Mark got in touch at the right time, moving away from barclaycard and the shift 4 terminals and the transaction fees where the best around so I went with it after a lot of research. Especially as we can start taking Amex and the rate is excellent.
