Haven’t received goods
Ordered almost 3 weeks ago not even shipped out. I email support and they give me the runaround and since today I have heard nothing.

This is a fraudulent website
This is a fraudulent website. I placed an order twice of which both were not successful, I even tried with paypal. After attempting the orders and have it failed, my credit card company called to ask me if I made a purchase to a travel agency abroad. Was information was stolen from this website, i basically understood then why my orders failed. I am from Trinidad, why would i make a payment to a USA travel agency, that was why my credit card company contacted me immediately to block my card and further purchases. Contacted them and they gave some excuse after sending a lot of emails, obviously they denied my information was stolen there. Do not order from this website.

Update: They ended up sending me the item 3 weeks later without a response, strange company, maybe they saw my review and ended up fixing the problem, I still had to come here and change it from 1/5 to 3/5 for a more honest review, Its safe to purchase from them i guess...
Old: AVOID THIS SITE! Scammers! I purchased shorts and they never sent it to me, a week late I ask why they havent sent it, and they provide me a tracking number with a label created and the package was never sent out. And if I go back to the listing where I purchased the shorts, its sold out.... So they basically stole my money and never shipped out my shorts. Websites like this deserve to be shut down and reported to the better business bureau

Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter…
Ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter last week February 25 and they delivered it 2 days late however its really in great quality and its in competitive price. Would definitely order again given the chance. Great customer service other than the delayed delivery I can say that im pretty satisfied

Shoes not shipped while a month or will be more , still now
An unsung company with no answer even if you ask. There was a delivery delay for a month. There was no reward. It is really the worst online shopping mall. Also you can not solve the problem by telephone and email.
Perhaps the employees of this company are lazy.
