I reached out to Shernbao about a issue I was having with my 5 in 1 660 I left a message. Within 30 minutes Mario returned my phone call. He went above and beyond trying to help and solve my issue. This was the second time I had Mario for a customer service question and both times he was very helpful and had wonderful customer service.

Quality item. Quick delivery. Reasonable cost.

I've never ordered from this company before until now, but I went with it because the products they have I know people who have them and they rave about it. This whole ordering experience has been a nightmare. The company says that it ships products within 4 to 7 days. Well the order confirmation had a tracking number, we tried to track it and it said no shipment found so we called the company because it had been over a week. One of the things I ordered was on back order which it did not say on the site when I first made that order, so instead of contacting me to say that it was on back order, they were going to hold my entire shipment until it came in which we found out was back ordered by 2 months! We told them no and to continue shipping everything else that was still in stock. We get an email saying when our delivery date is, we check the tracking number again and now it's saying it is just now leaving California when the delivery date is supposed to be tomorrow. The products might be great but ordering from the site is a major headache.

I had ordered a table that was not available at the time, a couple days after the expected shipping date I emailed customer service to check for an update. Not even 20 minutes later I got a call from Mario R. explaining that the table I had ordered was taking longer than anticipated to manufacture and offering to substitute another table and send a pair of clippers for the inconvenience. He emailed me immediately with the other table option and it met my needs so he updated my order and I had a new table and some new clippers a week later! The response was so quick and thorough, I was telling all the other groomers I know about it!

I love how fast it shipped and arrived, everything was perfect when arriving 😍 I have no idea why I haven't ordered this sooner

Customer service was not adequate or helpful. The typhoon is powerful but it's all plastic & the hoses can come off at any time I guess time will tell how it holds up!

I LOVE IT!!! I groom show Afghans and it is perfect ! The dryer is quite , easy to maneuver , controls are usually to use , and they are show ready when I’m done!!!!! Perfect! Highly recommend this dryer it will not disappoint!!!!!!! And I have tried several !

great customer service fast and reliable

Prefect size for transporting and the heat setting is awesome as is the variable speed. Works great on small to med dogs and it’s made in the USA!
Do wish the hose was a little smaller at the grip and would like to see a nozzle with a wider opening.

I was relieved that the grooming table arrived safely. The table is very easy to use and older dogs can safely go up because the table is low. The width of this table is wider than the existing tables, so large dogs have a sense of stability. I'm really glad I bought it.

Great product but way to noisy for small dogs.

my first table come in a wooden crate secured very well.... this one came in a heavy box and had a lot of scratches on table, should have ordered a silver table and not black... not Happy with scratches, the rest of my experience was good.

I would give five stars but the shipping company that was chosen was beneath contempt! the first time they delivered my table it looked like it had been through a hurricane and the table along with the crate was all busted up even though it clearly was packed very well with fragile all over the shipment! Glass was all over the truck and the delivery man said he would take it back and report it to his place of work and Shernbao! The following day the company called and said that my table would be delayed 2 days and I responded saying that it had already been delivered severely damaged and the dispatch said that they didnt know that so it appeared that it wasnt even reported! The second time it was sent out they called and said it would arrive on Tuesday at 12.00 and it didn't we called and they said it would be 4.00 to arrive and it didn't arrive at that time either they said it would be 6.00 and it didn't arrive then so we call and they said he was 2 hrs away so we went home and the next day they said he came by at 630 and no one was there to receive him so at this point we was getting irritated and so it arrived at 1200 the next day all beaten up AGAIN but nothing was broken but at least it arrived.Let me state sherboae was GREAT through the whole process and very concerned and very prompt on sending the order out twice but the shipping company they chose is TERRABLE to say the least!

Absolutely love the dryer, we now have 3 in our shop! My only issue is that I wish I had my choice for length of hose when purchasing , the hose that Is shipped with dry is worthless for grooming logistics, absolutely too Short, (dryer mounted on wall , grooming table 48” and 3 feet away from wall !! The hose can’t even reach front of table to dry a dog , I guess I have to order the longer hose once again! Thanks
