I've really enjoyed my daily shed shakes the past two months. I have one shake in place of my breakfast and lunch every workday when I'm just at my desk. I started with coffee and chocolate, both of which I love, and just re-ordered to give vanilla a try. I've noticed myself losing excess weight without it being too dramatic, and I'm feeling better in myself from the shakes rather than snacking from the cupboard!
