SHD Medical is a supplier of medical products including condoms, lube, disposable syringes and needles. Fast, discreet and free delivery on all orders. SHD Medical is a small Limited company based in Plymouth. We started the business back in 2013 on a part time basis and as the business and our interest in the field grew, it was quickly decided this was what we wanted to do, i.e supply quality products at the cheapest possible prices. In 2014 we became a Limited Company After studying the medical supply market, we noticed that the market was flooded with inferior quality products such as non medical grade syringes and gloves. We decided that this was what we wanted to concentrate on seeking out, and stocking the best products in each area, and working with the manufacturers to get these prices as low as possible for the customer. Our key success has been the relationships built up with customers, helping them find the right product at the right price.

Terrible experience – incorrect items and zero support

I am beyond disappointed with my experience with SHD Medical. I ordered a specific size of a product, but they sent me the wrong one entirely, making the items completely unusable.
What makes it worse is the total lack of communication. I’ve reached out to their customer service team multiple times to get this fixed, but I’ve heard absolutely nothing back. It feels like they’ve just taken my money and disappeared.
I am totally angry and frustrated at the lack of professionalism here. I will be escalating this further as this is unacceptable. Save your money and go elsewhere—I definitely do not recommend them.

Will be a repeat customer.

I found the product I was looking for on their site and ordering was a simple process. The company kept me informed of shipment and delivery and the order came very quickly. I was satisfied with the product and excellent service and will order from this company again in the future.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I had an issue with the product delivered and it was rectified immediately and professionally. I will be a repeat customer as a result and would recommend to all.

5stars well deserved

I needed some needles, searched high and low and SHD were by far the cheapest and with free delivery… arrived within 48hrs… I was also kept informed at every stage - can’t fault the service and price 5 stars well deserved
