Very easy to order from Shaw Stairs Ltd, quick delivery and more than helpful, quick response to emails and more than happy to help. Shaws go above and beyond, old fashioned customer care, a refreshing change. Highly recommend Shaw Stair Ltd, brilliant company don't shop anywhere else.

We are delighted with our new staircase refurbishment. Shaun, our joiner, is a true professional. He was punctual, meticulous and very hard working. He sought our opinions when necessary and gave excellent advice. He did a beautiful job. Thank you, Shaun!

Good product, good prices and excellent service, would definitely recommend them.

After a bad experience with another business and a job left incomplete, I contacted Shaw Stairs. Who provided excellent service with integrity, excellent communication, are trustworthy and proactive.
Highly recommend Chris and the team, the installation was completed by Shaun McCloskey of SM Carpentry and Refurbishment, to a high standard.

Many thanks & Kind regards,

Many thanks to Shaw stairs for a very professional installation of our refurbished stairs. From first contact on a very informative web site, to visiting Chris at the factory. The installation was carried out by Shaun McCloskey of SM carpentry and refurbishment, to very high standard. Very satisfied from start to completion.
Thank you again for a first class job.

Fantastic service and excellent quality products, we couldn’t ask for anything more. I had made a mistake with what I ordered and they got me my products the next day so that it didn’t hold up the job, absolutely the best service

I needed some flexibility in their shipping model and they were so keen to comply with my request it was fantastic. Really quick to react and I got exactly what I needed and when I needed it

Delivered materials on time there was a small defect in matching handrails This was quickly sorted and the rails were exchanged with little delay. Requested a bespoke matching newel cap which was not standard this was manufactured and delivered Great service

Ordered everything online and found the website easy to use.

Very good quality landing kit. Looks much better than on picture. Above my expectations. Had missing part, but very quick respond to an email. All sorted. Excellent customer service, great product, good price.

We have just had the oak stair handrail components from Shaw stairs installed by a joiner. He measured up and told us what items to order online.
The finished job looks superb, better than we envisaged. We are very pleased.

Great service all round, I ordered wrong size base and hand rails and they got them upgraded and delivered within 2 days, highly recommend

Fantastic service, wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Would recommend

Hello

Writing this review as I am very impressed with the service and products I have bought from this company. Recently just fitted a Solutions Stair Kit and new newels, spindles, etc. Excellent Quality.

I had inadvertently bought too many items and Shaw Stairs sorted out the return and refund of these items.

Thanks Again

I do not normally do any reviews -however my experience with Chris Shaw/Shaw Stairs deserves reporting.
I ordered newell posts, handrails and bannisters. Went to have them fitted a month later and realised that they were not the size I needed to fit it with others. They were very helpful and with no fuss they remade them all in custom sizes within a very tight time frame and then took the original order back for a refund. An absolute pleasure to deal with and the products are very well made. How refreshing to deal with a company like this in this day and age. Highly recommended with great product. Thank you Shaw Stairs.

Excellent customer service from Vhris
Spindles perfect match to pre bought bannister.

Recently bought a Solutions stairs refurb kit to replace my old bannisters and spindles ordering was simple and arrived a few days later we’ll and truly wrapped and secure
I’m not a professional joiner but the kit was pretty easy to use and looks fantastic big thanks to Chris for keeping in touch with me
Would highly recommend Shaw Stairs and the materials were of high quality

I would not hesitate to recommend this company, our order was caught up in COVID lockdown. Despatched quickly on reopening, quality product and first class service, small problem sorted immediately. I have been renovating a barn and have dealt with a LOT of companies, this company is definitely one of the best.
