Terrible customer service, t.v always going down waiting several days for someone to reply,always says playback error...customer service/support is the worst I have ever seen
Be prepared to be dissatisfied and out whatever money you pay them

The service is good but the customer service is horrendous. The person who replies to technical support is rude and expects you to know everything.

I paid for 1 month to try the service, I sent the money like they asked, they accepted the payment, then, no news, no email, no order, no way to contact them.

My experience with SharkTv is great. I had technical issues, with my channel, and I reach out to the SharkTv support, and the support offer me a different plan to fix my issues with the channel/ connection, and it works. No more channel issues, everything working well, so far. Thank you SharkTv for assisting me with my channel/ package Iptv. Love it, I am a very happy customer/ client. Keep up the great work. They are quick to set you up which is good. Customer support is horrible. They read your messages but never get back/answer you. Rogers cable is a better experience if you can believe it.

SharkTV is the best iptv provider I've come across so far. The service has been excellent and stable, and on the rare occasion that troubleshooting is needed, they have been responsive. I've recommended their services to my friends and they too have been really happy to make the switch. 💯 Recommend worthy for your iptv needs.

Been with shark for over a year. Very reliable support services. Great service all round.

My first time using Shark service, it took a while to get the details, but was able to login and start streaming. Lots of shows would only play the first couple episodes, could never watch a full season. Many movies, said they were in English but were a different language.
After 1 month I changed the service with them, that was a waste of money. The communication is poor at best. After 24hrs I am still not streaming.

SharkTV has been great. On the rare occasion when there has been an issue, support has been very good. Response is quick and they keep you informed if there are any servers that are experiencing problems. Very good provider.

Terrible customer service. Like rude! EPG rarely works. I've used better without having to deal w assholes.

Great service. Very reliable. EPG for most part very accurate and up to date. Offer variety of services . Also very responsive during temporary tech issues. Have tried various services, all have issues but so far Shark is proving the most dependable.

SharkTV works fine and has more channels then other IPTV

I have never had VPN TURN on even with special sports event

Works well with tivimate app. Any issues are responded to very quickly. Very knowledgeable

Had the service for less than 6 months. The EPG would consistently fail and stop uploading. I would try it out across different IPTV players and the same issue would appear across all of them - even the app they created. When I contacted support, I was told to figure it out and that it was my problem. When I pointed out that I was paying for this service, I was told to go find better customer support from somewhere else.

When it works, the cheetah subscription is great.
When it doesn't, their customer support will tell you to go somewhere else.

Don't waste your money here.

Been with this provider for several years now and have had great results with my Iptv subscriptions as well as buying a couple of android boxes. Any orders placed were received very quickly and any problems I had were answered within the hour.

There Cheetah and CC IPTV service are good; however, be careful with other packages (like Best Streams) as the information on their website is incorrect (only offers 697 series). Their support team provides conflicting information and somewhat brush you off. They also offer no refunds regardless of any issu including if your service doesn't work.
