I had a very positive experience with my complex hernia. Professor Ramana Balasubramaniam was professional, friendly and communicative. Could not have had a better outcome.

Very pleasant representatives but very poor systems. The website promises of d online dashboard is non-existent with no communication when this will be avaialable. Repeatedly losing my emailed claims (and always pleasant conversations to recover, resend...). Delayed reimbursement of approved claims. Raising more and more red flags of the viability and integrity of this organization.

I called Share Healthcare to change my membership and was told the new payment would be effective on my April payment. When the April payment was charged it was for the old higher amount. I tried calling and had to leave messages. No one would ever call me back until I finally was able to reach someone. I was told they had no record of my membership change request and she would look into it. I again never received a call back and I could not reach anyone else. Left more messages for a call back. At that point I had had enough and tried calling again to cancel membership. I left a message stating this and still received no call back. I sent an email also stating I want to cancel. No reply. I also put a stop payment on the amount with my bank. Then I received my May invoice. (Still the higher wrong amount). I ignored it as I had canceled membership. They proceeded to try to withdraw it from my account. I received another invoice reminder email stating I hadn't paid. I called and got ahold of the same person I talked to previously that said she would get it fixed. I told her I had canceled and wanted a refund for the amount over they took in April. Was told she would look in to it and call me back by the end of the day. Not really putting too much hope in actually receiving that call.
If you're contemplating signing up with Share Healthcare, just don't.

I'm so thankful I found Share Healthcare. It's a great,affordable alternative to regular health insurance and I highly recommend them. I had to have surgery recently and they helped me navigate through that whole experience. From Customer Service to getting reimbursed for out of pocket expenses, I couldn't be more pleased with the process.

I have needed help uploading bills through my Member portal, had a health scare and was comforted by compassion, support and prayers from Share's staff, and along with that scare, we incurred a $270,000+ expense that Share worked directly with the provider in obtaining a fair and reasonable price.

Any questions or concerns - their Member service team is fantastic and so easy to work with. We are members of Share Health for life.

Great company! Awesome staff! What wonderful experience this has been!

After being a member for almost three years, I am convinced this is not a legitimate company. They paid out nothing on medical expenses during that time. I had claims in “In Review” status for over a year. I finally called to cancel my enrollment and was then told I would need to submit an email which I did promptly. I received a voicemail a few days later stating that they had “technical issues” and that was why my claims were in a pending status for so long. I had made multiple calls before cancelling without any resolution. I had to call my bank and put a stop payment on any attempt to withdrawal enrollment fees from them as I did not trust them to cancel my enrollment. They did attempt to withdrawal my monthly enrollment fees after I cancelled.

You will be wasting your money. 💯
When I reach out to them the word frequently used is 'unfortunately'....
Difficult to reach them, they close exactly at 5. No weekends. The reception always says the server is down and can't help.
Nothing was paid on my bills. They will 'pray' for you and you hope the prayer helps from anyone but Share!!
I am trying to discontinue and even that is difficult!!

Finally healthcare that recognizes natural treatment and regular doctors with no networks! Highly recommend

Great service, been a member for over a year now

I have had multiple medical bills that have been reduced and paid pretty quickly. I like what the company stands for and they have been transparent with me through every process. It's been the best health share organization I've been a member with.
