It taken over a Month to get my order. When finally got my order I ordered a medium and they sent me a 3X. I have been trying to contact them. No one has gotten back to me.

Purchased two bras in one size and was sent one in the size I ordered and one in 3XL!! Have tried contacting the company to ask how to return/swap but I have had no reply. I would avoid this company and advise people to also review /comment on Instagram.

Order took forever to arrive. And when I did get it I had to go back and look at what size I had ordered. I ordered a bra that was supposed to be a medium and got a XL not at all what I thought I was getting. Still haven't tried it on yet. Probably a was a waste of money and my time.

They really should close down shaper lady I have been waiting over a month I'm calling my credit card company and I'm going to do a dispute this company should be put down customers are not happy it should be going to the better Business Bureau. And then I use shop and you can pay a little bit at a month and then another month well I'm going to cancel that someone has got to put this company in the gutter.

I would give them a lower raring than 1 if it were available. This company are shockers don't buy. Products are horrible. Takes ages to arrive if at all. Quality is horrible and don't even think about customer service there is none!!!!!

It's a scam. I ordered 2 dresses for my wife. It's been over a month and during that time it said it was delivered red 3 times and they are lie. I havent received anything. Stay away from this site. They dont answer email and the phone they provide is disconnected

I also placed an order which didnt arrive - courier Evri unable to find parcel. I have sent 5 emails to shaperlady and have not received any response!

DO NOT ORDER AS YOU CANNOT RETURN IT. PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I placed my order the beginning of February and received an email on 2/23 that my order was shipped however the tracking number states there is no package with that tracking number. I contacted shaperlady and they said that my items are on back order. I have sent emails to cancel this order to no avail. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company. Horrible experience and I agree this company is a scam!!

Can we put a negative in front of the star!! Ok.... SCAM ALL THE WAY!! LIERS SCAMMERS RIP OFF SITE STAY AWAY WARNING YOU THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY!! SAID THAY THEY HAVE DELIVERED THE PRODUCT THE DELIVERY DATE ON THE FAKE SITE WAS 6 WEEKS BEFORE THE ORDER DATE!! IT IS A BS SITE, DONATE THE MONEY TO A CHARITY AT LEAST IF YOU ARE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY IT IS GOING TO A GOOD CAUSE AND NOT THIS DIRT BAG COMPANY

I have placed an order and after a couple of emails received a bogus tracking number which is showing as unknown on several tracking sites. They have not addressed any of my emails or concerns. I would not recommend this company. Very poor, I would say service but there isn't any.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. The bras I ordered did not fit. I emailed the company about a return. No response. I emailed again. No response. I emailed a third time and was offered 2 options. I can keep the bras and they will give me a $10 credit. Or I can return at my own expense to their address in KOREA! It would cost more to send this to Korea than it cost to purchase. So I am pursuing option 3 - filing a fraud claim via my credit card company.

Very poor customer service. Wrote to them several times regardjng my order. No response. I will never order from them again. And I would advise anyone not to support this company by purchasing merchandise

Nothing but a scam.... BEWARE.

Too bad there’s no ZERO option. They send their products via mule. Shipping (again - maybe they were using actual boats/ships to send this order over land) takes FOREVER and product is very mediocre. Would not recommend. And they did not respond to email inquiries related to the order. Boo-hiss ShaperLady team

Seriously didn’t think I was going to receive my order, but after almost two months it arrived. I wish it never came. I ordered large and x-large and everything is the smallest x-small I’ve ever seen. My husband was laughing so hard it almost made it worth the $210 I threw away with this purchase. The material is extremely low quality, cheap material, NOTHING like the advertised pictures. The best way to describe my order is a bunch of unwearable junk that may have had the same original design but as made poorly with the lowest possible quality materials. The waist trainer barely fits my 7 year old daughter and was ordered in an XL.

Dont fall for their crap these leggings are the worst! The material feels absolutely disgusting they flatten ur ass not lift it they don't pull up enough and look like ur wearing a nappy! Waste of money and of course the return is going to take months and months of back and forward

They will steal your money!!! Don’t do it!!!
