The bottle was tiny, and arrived leaking from the seam. No replacement or refund. They ghosted me!

This company is a total scam ! They send you a tiny little bottle of not even the same stuff they advertise ! It’s so tiny it might do one wash of your floors ! They advertise 60 washes ! It’s Bull crap ! Then they automatically take out money from your bank account the next month when you never asked to be on a subscription ! They don’t have a phone number to call them and after many emails with no help from them I finally called my bank and reported them to my bank ! Hopefully that will stop them from taking money out of my bank account! I’m livid ! Complete scammers !

Basically what other people have been saying I didn't even receive my package even though they say its been delivered 5 emails i have sent not one reply then should be banned for selling anything

Do not use this company . It is a scam . They do send the product out but what you will recieve is a 3 oz(not enough for 1 use) bottle for £20.00. Then when you contact them to complain they state the order is correct .

FAKE advertising photos - Scam company. WOULD GIVE A ZERO STAR RATING IF I COULD. Received a small bottle totally different to what was advertised. I’ve contacted them 3 times to cancel the subscription (that I didn't sign up for) but have been ignored or replied to with AI generated responses. They have taken a second payment and sent another bottle. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Same as everyone else!!! Totally scammed. Far smaller bottle received, unknowingly I’m subscribed! Message to say next order was being processed, no means to cancel. Almost £60 deducted from my card and huge delaying tactics to cancel further subscriptions!! AVOID!!!!

Awful, hard to cancel delay tactics to prolong them taking money from you

Don’t buy from them as you unwitting sign into a subscription you can’t get out of

Took forever to arrive and once it did the order was not correct, ordered the bottle and spray for the pet odour eliminator and only received a tiny 3.5oz bottle instead of the 16oz bottle. Emailed twice and no reply so I have now had to escalate to diputing the order with my bank

I, like all others, am really disappointed with the product and am struggling to contact anyone to cancel. I have logged a dispute via the bank .

Avoid, product takes an age to arrive and is smaller than advertised. They then sent an email on Boxing Day to say next shipment is ready to despatch. I emailed to cancel as returns policy say you can cancel if product has not been shipped. Email ignore and shipment sent so I could not cancel. Sent strongly worded email which they replied to however the totally ignored most of my email and just asked why I wanted to cancel my subscription. I was not aware I had signed up I thought I had selected one time purchase however do not have proof and they ignore any other questions

This is a scam.
I had to dispute with the bank to get the money back after I cancelled but they still took my money.
The product does not work

This is nothing but a scam. They have zero customer service, and will not allow you to cancel or refund you. I wish I had seen all these negative reviews before I ordered. I had to dispute the charges with my bank.

Definitely a scam …..they send out a tiny sample sized bottle and then fail to reply to requests to refund or cancel subscription

Just tried to take a payment out of my account I didn't know they had set it up for once a month!! I did not agree to that and was missold the product as advertised which is illegal. The cancellation process and contact is such a nightmare too. Dare I mention the doll size product that arrived when expecting something 10 times the size as advertised. Shame on you Shapedpaws!

Scam! The bottle is tiny, the product contents are rubbish and now they e charged me for a second bottle that I didn’t order and have shipped it despite me telling them to cancel and refund. Do not give this company your card details!!!

I have had the same experience as many, receiving a tiny bottle and now apparently I have entered a subscription that I did not realise or want. Nightmare!

Recieved a Chroma tales bottle from this company and took over a month to arrive... the bottle was smaller than a normal mug... won't be using it... have tried to get refund but it won't let me... THIS IS A FAKE COMPANY PLEASE BE AWARE...

Absolutely appalling Company for one waiting two weeks was one thing but the joke a 100ml bottle to do all my house and paying nearly £20 is an absolute disgrace! I’m now worried to use the substance incase it’s toxic and a scam too! Waste of money and waiting
