I’ve ordered 4 Shirts and a hoody.
The hoody never arrived/ was missing in the order. After several contacts with the chatbot there is always the same mail from customer service - please provide a photo of what was received. Thereafter be sure to- nothing will ever happen.
Rip-off - don’t buy via there homepage.
From my experience a couple months ago I wanted to return a couple pieces that I did not like and after starting the return I was not able to access the return label after exiting out of it 1 time and there was no way to get the label. So I was stuck with clothes I didn’t like because of their system error pretty much giving me the option “download you return label now or you won’t be able to comeback and access it” Do better
Clothing is a bit funky, but I liked what I got.
Ordered something at the end of December, never shipped. Contacted customer service and they said it was because of their Black Friday sale backlog somehow and that it should ship in 24-48 hours. It’s now been 4 days since that communication, still hasn’t shipped, and I’ve heard nothing further.
Poor communication, extreme delays in shipping. Do not order from them. Three weeks to ship two shirts? Did not reply to emails requesting updates.
The t-shirt sizing is pure insanity.
How do you expect me to choose between S size and M size if one is WAY too long and the other one I am barely able to fit.
Order cancelled as soon as payment taken. No refund given after multiple follow up emails and messages. Do not use
I ordered a double zip hoodie as a Christmas present for a family member. I did not look at the return policy (which I admit I should have before ordering), but the return policy is only 14 days!! By the day after Christmas when it was discovered that while the hoodie fit well and felt good, the double zipper did not work very well it was too late to return it. I am out a lot of money for an item the recipient does not want to wear. I think there should be some kind of extension policy over the holidays so you could return items (maybe at least 30 days!). I was disappointed and frustrated.
Frustrating to work with. They take weeks to ship your order. When you make a return they do not communicate with you or give you a refund! Stay away from this company!
