I went in to try the Philly cheese steak as it was recommended by a friend. I also got some spicy chicken wings to go with it. It took a long time for the staff to even take my order.

When I received it:

1) I found a hair in my cheese steak as soon as I opened it.

2) The wings were not very spicy. I didn’t eat them all and brought some home.

3) I tried to reheat the chicken wings in the burger box they were served in at home in the microwave and now my house smells like burnt chemicals.

I have never not used fast food packaging to reheat my food, but honestly, my entire house smells like Chernobyl.

The draw for me was my Philly cheese steak and that was honestly average.

My concerns about food hygiene, the laziness of the staff and average food mean I will not be returning.

I ordered a large chicken and rice meal with extra chicken and extra rice, all salad, all sauces except BBQ, and hummus.
Unfortunately, the food arrived cold, so I had to reheat it in the microwave. The order was also missing the hummus, and the portions of chicken and salad were disappointingly small, despite having paid for extra chicken and rice.
I contacted Uber Eats, but they advised that they were unable to resolve the issue and directed me to contact Shah's Bristol. Unfortunately, I was unable to get through, which is why I am raising my concerns here.
As a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this order and the lack of support in resolving the issue. I have always valued your food, but this experience has left me reluctant to order again.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

Food is always fresh and packed with flavour, portions are great, customer service is top tier (Ray,Ali and Shazza), honestly can’t fault it 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Very disappointing no sauce on food and very dry. They didn't even respond to the message I sent about this.

Amazing food, decent wait times and a very very underrated place to eat with extremely fair prices.

The branch I went to was the one outside the galleria in Hatfield, the staff are nice and the food is AMAZING. I would definitely recommend, especially because of the portion sizes which are very fair.

I received incomplete order few items missing and seller refused to refund for missing items , chip not honest seller , avoid

Just buy sundwich today for the first time is very delicious and very perfect clean very kind stuff even i ask for fries in sundwich he put it but he didnt charge me more thank you so much i absolutely recommand it for everyone they really deserve more than 5stars ❣️✅️

Quick easy healthy and reliable shahs halal food never disappoints if it’s after a long day or if you just want a quick bite to eat shahs is a great go to spot and the staff are very respectful and friendly highly recommend !

The best food and super service

The service is so poor in the Bletchley takeaway shop, none of them behind the counter know how to serve, or speak English speaking in Arabic in an angry manner. They don’t greet nor understand that the food needs to be made according to the menu. Visited there yesterday 29/5/26 at 7pm with a guy with curly hair behind the counter, who didn’t know how to operate the till and decided to get annoyed with the customers and me as it was busy, he also decided to shame me front of the full busy shop as he couldn’t follow a simple pre-order. The chips are not fresh, it’s heated up after being fried, the wraps are overfilled with sauce dripping down it, also they have runny watery salad and no dips or choice of drink that are on the menu. I would be surprised if that is open in 6 months time. I would not be returning again. It’s disgusting. A lot Arabs shouting at each other and customers. Also they can’t follow a simple pre-order as have, the shop has only been open for 2 weeks all the positive feedback back is fake or paid or by their own relatives.

The service was exeptionally fast and the food was delicious really well cooked and combined nicely, Staff was friendly.

The one at Gants hill is the best so i’m always coming back

Hasan, even though I heard some negative things, I want everyone to know that you are a kind and hardworking person. The incident with the influencer was not fair, and I believe it was just a misunderstanding. From my experience, you were friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Sometimes, people just misunderstand each other, but I know your character is good, and I truly appreciate how you treated us with respect and kindness. You went out of your way to take care of us, and that means a lot.
What really touched me was how the whole team at Shahs Bricklane Food Joint treated us like we were important. They didn’t just see us as customers; they saw us as people who matter. They were willing to do anything to cater to the twins’ needs, and that shows true compassion and dedication. It’s rare to find such genuine people who care so much, and I want everyone to know that these people are the real deal.
I highly recommend Shahs Bricklane Food Joint to my family and friends because they are not just about food; they are about making people feel loved and appreciated. Their kindness and character are what make this place special. I will definitely come back and tell everyone I know to visit because they truly deserve it.

Fabim at the Harrow Shah’s was very nice, the service was excellent and the restaurant was very clean.

Absolutely love this place the borough high street one me and my son eat here all the time the food is lovely and well worth the price but the staff are even better lovely people friendly ... got a take away from there last night monday a woman and man staff was there lovely people keep up the good work very clean too
