I want to clarify a couple of things. First, our records show only one order from you, which was refunded in full — we don't see a second order or a second refund on our end. If there's another order tied to a different name or account, please reach out to us directly so we can look into it.
Second, this order came through our TikTok Shop, which is a separate storefront from our direct site (shadyveu.com) with its own fulfillment process. We're looking into what happened with the item mix-up, but wanted to flag that distinction as well.

Make them cover the side of the eye sun from the side or back beams in and I can’t see.
It’s like a closed door but the lights on outside. Love the darkness but need to cover more of the eye so it’s all around darkness. Not just want in front of you.

I’m in California, I got an update th glasses were in Santa Clarita CA and were supposed to get here the 28th of April and they didn’t they were shipped to New Jersey for some reason then got delayed it’s may 1st now and still no glasses

The darkness of the glasses is great, however there is a lot of glare. Adding anti-glare to the lens would greatly help. Delivery was fast.

Significant Delivery Delay & Smooshed Package
My order was confirmed on Monday, January 5th and I paid extra for 2-day shipping. My package wasn't delivered until the following Monday, January 12th - a WEEK later! And the box the sunglasses came in was open on both ends and squished. Thankfully the sunglasses weren't damaged, but there was no way I could wrap the box and give it as a gift as intended. I had to put them in a different box, which looks less legit to the recipient.

Sunglasses are Perfect
After reaching out to Shadyveu several times about not receiving my two pairs of sunglasses via email and Instagram, I finally received a response. The person at customer service could not of been any nicer. Not only did they apologize to me about the issues with my order, they tracked the order down and about a week later I received my sunglasses. I absolutely love my sunglasses as they are exactly as what I was looking for.
I would definitely order sunglasses from Shadyveu again.
