They are the worst I would never recommend them because they run most of there nodes on vpss and also their staff have to pay money to get unban/get back on the staff team and it is just a loop I don't want to go on about.

You had a problem with our service and you didn't contact us via our support ticket system. You just opened a ticket at our live chat module TawkTo which is usable only when we're online. It's clearly instructed that we usually get back within 12 hours and sometime 24 hours. But, Within 2 hours, you canceled the service without a proper validation. Now according to the terms and conditions you accepted while registering, we can only give monetary refund when we're unable to fullfil your expectations.
Refund can be issued ONLY if you have a valid reason. You're impatient and hence you canceled the service in just 2-3 hours of opening the ticket at TawkTo. For your information,
