If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband purchased a pair of Air Jordan Retro 13 for $160 trying to save money. That should have been a sign of the poor quality of these shoes. He wore them four times during the 2 month period from purchase. The shoes ripped in the back. The company doesn’t want to refund or replace the shoes because they were worn. We thought the purpose of buying shoes was to wear them. They only offered a $40 credit on the purchase of his next pair of cheaply made shoes that they sell. Purchase from this company at your own risk and remember you always get what you pay for!!!!!! Very poor customer service.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and understand your disappointment. We always want our customers to be happy with their purchase.
At the same time, our policy does not allow us to offer a refund or replacement after an item has been worn for a period of time and the issue is reported afterward, as we’re unable to determine when or how the damage occurred. We did, however, offer a $40 credit toward a new pair as a goodwill gesture.
We respect your decision and are sorry we couldn’t provide the resolution you hoped for. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve both our products and customer service.

SHAKICKS is legit! My Travis Scott’s showed up ahead of schedule and I didn’t have to half size up like when you buy cheap knockoffs. Also shipping was free! Thank you so much SHAKICKS I’m super happy. I can’t wait to use my next promo code to buy more:)

Great Customer Service
This is my second time ordering from Shackicks and on the second order there was a mixed up where I ended up with a different pair of sneakers. Furious, I wanted my money back but when I contacted Shackicks, the representative quickly took the matter in hand and figured out what went wrong. I was kept abreast of everything that was happening to get me my sneakers. In about 4 days, I received my sneakers with a sincere apology accompanied with a gift. That was excellent customer service. I want to thank the representative DESTIE who did an incredible job to resolve the situation and I'm already thinking about my next order from Shackicks. Thank you Destie.
