I would like to share my disappointing experience with SFL Worldwide. I shipped two boxes from the USA to India, and even after nearly two months, the shipment is still pending. The representative I was dealing with, Punit, was often unavailable and unable to provide clear updates regarding the shipment status. Despite repeated follow-ups, I had to contact FedEx myself multiple times to track and resolve the issue. Based on my experience, the customer service and communication were unsatisfactory. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before choosing this service.

I would first begin by saying that SFL worldwide is a great service provider for shipping out any packages within and outside of the USA. Big shoutout to Punit Machanda for being kind and always helping me with pricing quotes and delivery dates with different vendors for the size and volume of packages whenever they needed to be sent out. Overall, SFL is a great company for your shipping needs.

I used sfl worldwide to send one box from USA to India. When the box arrived, I thought it was not even my box because of how small it was. Turned out they had repacked it and modified the box to be more compact. This is a complete invasion of privacy, I had put items of emotional value in the box. I think some foreknowledge would have helped me decide not to go with them, or for them to repqck at my place while I could see it. Needless to say, I don't think I will use them again.

The whole team, including Sadab, Punit, Amit and Abhay, kept me well-informed each step of the way by email and phone, ensuring that the necessary documents in the US were up-to-date and reviewing the requirements for completion of delivery to my new home. Everyone was prompt and knowledgeable, which concluded with a very successful delivery (two days early in fact during a snowstorm).
