Terrible customer service, especially when I needed to order spare parts, or consumables. None of them were available in the USA, and its really difficult to get answers of when the parts are being shipped.
From my experience its cheaper and faster to order through Alibaba or any other Chinese supplier then to go through Senfeng.
For any technical questions, it takes days to get it resolved. Our machine has been down for a month and still no answers of when the parts are getting here.
Many hours of down time for any issues,

⭐☆☆☆☆ Warning to Potential Buyers
I strongly advise against purchasing any machinery from SENFEG LAZER. Their after-sales service is extremely poor, and they completely fail to honor their warranty commitments.

I purchased a Panel Bender and a Tube Laser Machine, spending more than USD 235,000 in total. Both machines have had continuous problems, and despite repeated follow-ups for over four years, the company has not taken any responsibility to repair or resolve the issues.

Their product quality and service support are both unacceptable. Please be very careful before dealing with this company.

I strongly advise against purchasing any machinery from this company. Their after-sales service is extremely poor, and they do not honor the warranty period as promised. Repeated attempts to contact Mr. Niaz for support have been ignored. Based on my experience, I recommend exercising caution before doing business with them.
