sextoyindia.store and sextoyindia.co.in and owned by the same owner and they are completely fraud. I lost ₹16K and the product was never delivered. First I placed an order worth ₹10K and after a few days they messaged me on WhatsApp to transfer ₹6000 for customs clearance. I paid and they went silent. After paying they never messaged me back and also their order tracking system is great to make anyone fool. They will take time to make you excited for your product and then ask for more payment saying it to be the last payment.

Since then I have made extensive research on many websites like these and this is the first time in my life I got scammed. The only trustworthy website to me is IMbesharam, Mymuse, Adultscare and Naughty Nights.

Also they will ask you to pay through a personal QR code, genuine businesses make you pay through portal like Razorpay. This business doesn't have any GSTin which is compulsory.

I know the products listed on these websites look great but trust me it is all a fraud. Moreover these websites are here on the internet since years and still they haven't been taken down yet. Furthermore, the products listed on these websites are all identical with the pictures stolen from foreign high end manufacturers.

I ordered a product rs 5000, prepaid was 20% discount.

First I preferred COD 25%. I PAID 1299.

THIS SCAMMERS ARE GOOD IN MANIPULATING. THE RESPONDED QUICKLY, SO I WAS CONVIENCED THEY WERE GENUINE. I PAID THE REMAINING 2799.( BECAUSE OF THE FAST RESPONSE) THIS IS THEIR TACTICS

AFTER FEW DAYS . I RECEIVED A BILL OF GST AND DELIVERY CHARGES OF RS7313.

WHEN ASKED . THEY SAID DELIVERY CHARGES INCLUDED AND THEIR GST 14% , CESS 14%.

At that MOMENT I REALISED MY MONEY IS SCAMMED. I MESSAGED I AM NOT PAYING ANYMORE PLEASE REFUND.

THEY SAID PAY THE REMAINING for REFUND.

MY ADVICE
1. LUST destroys intelligence, I had internet, I should have researched. But lust destroyed my intelligence
2. If you prefer buying toys. Ask Live call demonstration, social media page, search in trustpilot etc. do a research for 100+ hours before buying it .
Sad that I lost 4k. I should have stopped at 1299 . I am a greater researcher but lust cooked my brain.

The Smoking Gun: When I asked for courier tracking details, they flatly REFUSED saying "tracking is done via website only" and cannot provide tracking number or courier company name. This is impossible - every legitimate e-commerce uses India Post, Delhivery, Blue Dart, etc. with trackable numbers.
