I purchased a pipe dream elite vibrating blowjob penis pump from sex super store.
Iwas disappointed when I used it because it didn't vibrate and the suction although was quite strong the intermittent suction was slow.In the product title said it vibrates
although the info on the box doesn't mention it.So I think this is misleading description as it only does half the job.So
i don't think it's worth the price.

Terrible customer service.
I ordered a toy from these guys, I wanted to try them out instead of Lovehoney.
When I used their returns procedure I was told I couldn’t have a refund of something else of equal value as the item had been taken out of the box.
Of course I had opened the box to look at the item everybody does and this does not violate any returns procedures.
Since then they do not answer emails and will not refund me so I would stay clear of this company.

Our returns policy (https://sexsuperstore.co.uk/policies/refund-policy) says "We are unable to accept returns of used products - all returns are inspected and if they are found to have been opened or used, we will be unable to accept the return". We deem open packages as being 'used' because we are not able to tell what has actually happened. Once the goods are opened they become unsellable. We are sorry that you have not enjoyed your experience shopping with Sex Superstore, we have not intentionally not responded to your lastest email, so we will locate this immedietly and respond. As before, our returns policy is strict, however this is standard within our industry to ensure customers safety and provide a quality service. Here is a line from a leading online sex shop's returns policy for reassurance "Products must be unopened, unused or unworn and have packaging or tags intact".
