Many thanks for your feedback.
As explained in our emails to you, at checkout you did not select a tracked service.
We did then provide you with our shipping number provided by Royal Mail when requested but this provides limited information.
Royal Mail stated they could not deliver your parcel on the 27/10/2022 as they couldn’t gain access to the building.
It then stated they would try to deliver on the next working day but as advertised on our website, Royal Mail are currently experiencing delays and strikes that are beyond our control.
Our phone line is open 9am-4pm Monday to Friday as advised to your email. You did try to call on a weekend and so no one was available. We did however respond to your email promptly.
As you previously advised in your email, you are more than welcome to contact Royal Mail directly.
We understand your frustrations but thank you for your understanding that this is out of our control.

Company send unsolicited spam emails to non-customers.
This is what their representative entered into the webform on my own professional website, along with a link to their store:
"u need to have a large black dildo shoved up ur ass you loser"
Now, I'm not a prude - I'm a queer, sex-positive personal therapist - but this is NOT an appropriate way to drive business towards their website. Leaving aside the aggressive message itself... My webform is clearly marked for the use of prospective therapy clients only and NOT to be used for unsolicited marketing.
If I want a dildo, I'll go out an search for one... And I won't be using these spammers.
