As per what i read here i too won 400 aud and made a withdrawal request, I chased them for 10 days and all ii i got were excuses and today they rejected my withdrawal was confiscated. How do we report these shady casinos so they lose their licence? can anyone tell me pls

Schlechte Bonus Regelung bei erneuter Einzahlung. Ich hatte 0,10€ Bonus noch von meiner ersten Einzahlung auf meinem Konto und konnte mir mein Gewinn mit meiner 2-3 Einzahlung nicht auszahlen lassen. Hätte ich den Bonus von 0,10€ storniert, dann wäre mein Geld von über 1000€ weg gewesen.

Daraufhin hab Ich 2600€ gewonnen und den Bonus storniert, um mir das Geld auszuzahlen. Mir blieben 25€ auf meinem Konto übrig. 2600€ wurden einfach gelöscht. Den Bonus hab ich mit Absicht gelöscht, da man davon ausgeht, wie bei jedem anderen Casino, das mir nur der Bonus von meinem Gewinn der ersten Einzahlung entzogen wird, falsch. I was told I’d won £250 and asked to hand over a huge amount of personal information to process the withdrawal. After complying, they suddenly closed my account, claimed a vague “breach of contract,” and refused to pay out any winnings with zero explanation or evidence.

Nine days later, I was informed that my winnings were confiscated due to alleged bonus breaches (restricted game and max bet limit).

However:
• No real-time warning or block was displayed during gameplay.
• No visible bonus progress tracker was shown.
• Withdrawals were initially accepted.
• No supporting betting logs or timestamps have been provided despite formal request.

Additionally, I was fully KYC verified using UK proof of ID and UK proof of address, and my UK bank details were accepted. The Terms state UK residents are not permitted to register, yet my account was verified and allowed to operate.

After requesting supporting documentation and regulator complaint access, my account was permanently closed and I was told I had made “legal threats,” despite my communication being professional and simply stating I would escalate the matter.

The dispute regarding approximately €7,000 remains unresolved. I am seeking a fair and transparent review.

I’m writing this because what Seven.Casino has done to me is one of the most misleading and predatory experiences I’ve ever had with an online company.

I have full proof emails, chat logs, screenshots that this casino knowingly allowed me to gamble even though I live in the United Kingdom, which they clearly list in their own Terms & Conditions as a prohibited country. UK players are not allowed to register, deposit, or use their site at all.

And yet:

• They verified me as living in the UK.
• They confirmed in chat that I was allowed to deposit.
• They confirmed in chat that I was allowed to withdraw.
• They accepted thousands from my UK bank cards.

I even have messages from their own support and VIP managers telling me I was “fine to play” and “can deposit and withdraw normally,” despite me directly stating that I was in the UK. That alone shows they knowingly broke their own rules.

Over time I deposited around £6,308, and instead of blocking my account (as a responsible gambling operator would do), they kept pushing me to gamble more. Their VIP agents emailed and texted me constantly offering special bonuses, raised bet limits, even congratulating wins and encouraging larger deposits.

But the moment I tried to withdraw any money, everything changed.

They suddenly demanded random documents like old bank cards I don’t even use anymore, extra proof of identity, and kept adding new requirements each time. They had no problem accepting every deposit instantly, but completely blocked me from taking out anything. They were clearly stalling withdrawals on purpose.

To make matters worse, even after I self-excluded and closed the account, they still kept messaging me offering “free credit” and bonuses to come back. That is a huge red flag and a serious breach of responsible gambling rules.

So now I have:

– Proof they knew I was in the UK (a banned and restricted country)
– Proof they verified me
– Proof they told me I was allowed to deposit
– Proof they told me I was allowed to withdraw
– Proof they accepted thousands from my UK cards
– Proof VIP managers kept pushing me to gamble
– Proof they blocked withdrawals every time

I’ve already sent everything to my bank and multiple regulators.

This casino is unsafe, unethical, and not operating honestly. They know exactly what they’re doing — accepting deposits from players they legally shouldn’t allow, then making withdrawals impossible.

I strongly warn anyone considering playing here: do not trust Seven.Casino.
