no tracking info given, no delivery & no customer service. dont throw your money away like i did

I bought €100 worth of items from them and never got the shipment. Never got a shipping number, they were always very dodgy and rude. I don't know if it's a fraudulent company or they are just a mess and incredibly informal. Definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from them.

Hi there, me again. I wanted to leave a comment on here informing others to also report their website on Shopify. With enough reports, their site can possibly be taken down therefore preventing more people for falling into this trap.

I wish I have read those reviews before I've submitted my order. They took the money and the items never arrived. Support didn't reach back to me though I contacted them through all the possible canals. Stay away from this shop.

I wish I could read all you guys reviews before I made the stupid mistake ever. I bought a desk mat and lamp on sale. Worth 140$US , big money for me. Contacted them so many times in the past month already, no answer. When someone answer, they said it ship out and returned to them, then they send me an email "fulfiled", I still never receive my package nor the tracking number.
THIS COMPANY IS COMPLETELY SCAM - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM - DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT ALL.
My bank has called me to verify the purchase from this company when I did the transaction. I should listen to my bank at that time - lesson learned.
AGAIN GUYS, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

i have order Foldable Phone stand worth $19.99 USD, on 16 march 2022 , contacted via email setupnoid twice for update on my order or delivery things. but never got replied back, no respoce from support team. not happy just waste of time and my money. i think they scaming customer .

I ordered a desk mat on this website with express shipping but after a month, the item hadn't shipped.

I contacted the customer service and got a really unprofessional answer saying "please email us tommorow".

So I contacted the the next day, but received no reply for a week. I contacted them again and they told me "our email was off, we will reship".

One more week goes by and nothing has shipped. I contacted them two more times to ask for a refund but I get no answer from them.

A credit dispute had to be filed...

Avoid at all costs

Learn from my experience and do not purchase from this scam account. After trying to find why I never received a shipping email, they have blocked my account on Instagram I reached out from (like the many other accounts they've blocked).

SCAM ALERT! Buyer be aware. Ordered a desk mat from them and it never shipped. Customer service appears to be from Greece but product ships from Asia. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from setupnoid, it’s not legit and will steal your hard working money.

I ordered my desk mat over a month ago and customer service has refused to help me over email. No tracking info no updates, nothing at all. Seems like a scam. I was really excited for my desk mat. My order # was 2683

This company is a scam. I bought a deskmat back in March and have received no updates, even after emailing them. They don't send you your product and ignore emails attempting to seek a refund. Complete scam. Avoid at all costs.

Some time ago I ordered from the guys from Setupnoid, Felt Desk Mat, this is my first experience with felt Desk Mat, like with any other purchase, I need some time to understand whether I like it or No!

I can say now that I definitely like Desk Mat made of felt, it looks cool, it is not easily soiled and after long-term use it does not leave marks from hands, can I recommend this Desk Mat? definitely!

But you need to understand why you need it, if you are a gamer, then most likely this is not for you, if you pay attention to details and love minimalism, then this is definitely the accessory that you should have.

This fake company is a SCAM!!! Avoid buying anything and using your credit card with them.
They say we are based in US, they don’t have address or phone number. Their domain is registered in Greece! looks like they are some guys in either Greece or Asia stealing money from people.
They have advertised some products which they bought in Ali express for cheap and branded as setupnoid!

I was approached by them for being a brand ambassador and was asked for helping the company with small purchase, which of course I did because I love tech setups so I ordered my stuff and never arrived!!! I wrote many time to support and their IG and they told me once that they will provide me with shipping nr which of course they never did, bought for almost 2 months!!!

I see many of you already had same experience, and I see that they created some fake reviews now so please get in touch with me on Instagram under @thedigitalchefb and let’s organize a big group to tell the world that this is fake company/scam company so other people don’t fall. I have also bigger influencers channel which will help.

I really want to avoid this because all people who buy such products are passionate about their setups and tech and if such robbery people come, they destroy their dreams and passion!!!

Bad Dropshiping, bad experience, bad mind

On the 1st of January 2022, I wrote a very honest review of my experience with Setupnoid (You can view it in their bad review section under my name).
After this, they apologized and said they would issue me a refund as well as send me a new package containing the mousepad that I had ordered in August of the previous year. Of course, I didn't believe them, but I gave them the chance and enough time to prove that they aren't a scam website.

Today is the 1st of March, exactly 2 months later.
- No payment refund.
- No mousepad.
- One extremely dissatisfied and enraged customer.
- R600 down the drain.

Setupnoid, prepare for a spam load of bad reviews to come. I will not stop until your fake 4.2 Stars is down the drain along with my money.

I received the RGB Gaming mouse pad and instantly was impressed with the high end quality and durability of the product. I love how bright and vibrant the mouse pad really is! I've had other RGB mouse pads and they aren't that bright or either burn out over time. The comfortability of the product is awesome without casing wrist discomfort. Perfect size for my desk but big enough to cover both my 104 keys Keyboard and mouse. I absolutely love this product and will definitely looking to purchase other products offered from you guys!
