If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Nothing wrong with the product but customer service sucks. I called them three times to try and set up a return, never heard back.

I wanted to return the item I purchased. I understood the return policy. All I got was the run around and never received the "RMA" from Seseable that they were to provide to me. I needed the "RMA" to initiate my return. Seseable did nothing but ignore my requests. At one point, they said they recognized my request to return the item, and would get back to me to facilitate the return. They never got back to me at all. Avoid doing any business with this company!

Took a very long time to receive product and the coffee mug I ordered was supposed to have writing and a paragraph on it and it came blank I sent message to ask what we could do to fix problem and never got a response

Bought this for my daughter & she absolutely loves it, she wears it all the time!!

Bought 2 pairs of smart glasses from this company. Opened them and started using the smart glasses, but nowhere in the add was the fact that I would have to pay a Chinese company $1.60 to $6.00 a month to use the translation portion of the glasses. Never would have bought them knowing I would be giving my credit card info and money directly to a Chinese bank. Stay as far away from this company as you can get. I'm now stuck with 2 pairs if smart glasses I can't use.

I would strongly suggest not to buy anything from this site. The product is cheap, the sizing is completely off and don't try to return or exchange anything, you will only get 50% of your purchase back plus you have to pay for shipping. Live and learn.

I contacted customer service about the print of the shirts being completely off centered. I sent a pic of the item and the company keeps coming back asking for more picture. We paid over 80 for 3 shirts that run big and terrible quality with crooked logos. Cant even wear them to nursing school they look so bad. Vwey disappointed

The photo of their T-Shirt (Palestinian Flag w/ Olive Tree ) on their website is very misleading. When I received it the sleeves protrude out to a point which is very unflattering...nothing like the photo! I emailed them and they told me take pictures which I did..they went silent ...I tried emailing them several times ....no reply....totally unprofessional....I would never deal with them again.

Availability of item and custom design. I like the giant handle, the black base color, the availability of a specific name within the phrase of the design that cannot be found anywhere else on the web like this mug looks. The screen printed design does not look like it will wear off easily.
