So low. No back up for all problems.
So not innovatif. Servico = prehistorial service. Worst back office ever. Only good for small office with low capacity.

Servico has gone into liquidation. If you are trying to get in contact then this is the reason why no one ever answers the phone or emails. The company went bust on the 12th December 19 but officially it was on the 6th Jan 20. If you are trying to contact regarding repairs/refund/return visit you would be best to contact your retailer who will be able to help offer another service. Hope this helps

This company fitted my garden shed but the window was faulty. I was sent a new one but I'm unable to contact them to arrange its fitting. When I ring they tell me the mail box is full and cut me off. I have tried at different times of the day, have left messages and written to the MD, all with no success.
What good is a company that can't be contacted?

Wish I could give 0 stars as that's the service I've received. Feeling very angry with myself that I didn't read the previous reviews! I prepaid for an appointment which no-one arrived for and have since been unable to contact customer services, cannot even leave them a voicemail as mailbox is full and it cuts you off and now I've received an email saying the company have ceased trading!? I'm not surprised!

Customer service awful never answer and can’t leave message because mailbox always full. Supposed to let you know day before fitters are coming, but the rarely happens

If I could give 0 stars I would. The guys came to the house and they were such lovely chaps, but due to the fact the bed was damaged by the furniture company, the guys refused to build it and told us to call Servico themselves to get a refund as you pay immediately over the phone when you book the appointment. So, I telephoned Servico and they refused a refund, even though the chaps were in my house less than 5 mins and refused to build the furniture. They did not do the job, even though I paid for it to be done. Totally outraged and disgusted. Don't waste your time on this company, they severely overwork their staff and pay them a pittance and DO NOT look after their customers. GO ELSEWHERE.

Ridiculous customer service. My mother is 86 and has a problem with a 3 week old reclining chair from Harveys. She has been told Servico will make an appointment. They have told her they will come tomorrow between 7 and 5. She is 86 how do they expect her to be up and around for that length of time. Despite telling them her carer wouldn't be there until the afternoon, they have refused to budge. Appalling service for a member of our older community. No caring whatsover

Reading the reviews it seems we are not along in finding Servico an appalling company to deal with. They never call back when they say they will, delay, delay blah, blah, blah, Not worth the effort to write about other than to warn other people to stay away and find another company. Even when we politely complained to them, they didnt apologise for their poor service, merely said "Ok then". Shameless and unprofessional.

If you use Servico you will only end up regretting it.

Useless. Just useless. I cannot find any other suitable words!

We booked you to attend our house on 29th July at a PM appointment. We paid upfront for this appointment in June 2019

The appointment was not adhered to and instead was told at 6 pm on Sunday 28th July that the technician would be round at 7 am. We are very unhappy at the lack of notice and that you let us know on Sunday evening with no way of contacting you. It almost seems to us to be deliberate as it was an unsocial hour you were arriving and letting us know so late without any chance of rearranging was clearly a tactic

the technician turns up and is here for 10 minutes then puts two screws in and 4 tacks spends 10 minutes smoking in his van outside and we are then further charged 30 pounds for this .

I then call in today and I am met by staff who are hostile and rude and that don't adhere to Data Protection Act legislation.they did not identify me in any way. yet still go on to discuss my account with someone that they have not verified in any way.

In addition, no mention was made that you actively record all phone calls and so you are acting in a way that is not only shocking from a customer service perspective but shocking from a legal perspective .

your staff clearly do not care about customer experience as I found out when at 11.04am they put the phone down on me whilst I was speaking.

you should be concerned that your customers are so unhappy about the journey that they have had with you, not refusing to identify themselves, or their managers "because they don't have to" then putting the phone down on customers.

To say that my experience has been awful is an understatement. we still don't have any justification for the bill we are now being presented and bearing in mind I helped with moving furniture around I should be billing you for the work I did when your technician was here !

Wish I'd read these reviews before asking them to install my summer house. Took them a month to set up a time which they then changed the day before. Failed to turn up on the rearranged time and had the gall to pretend they did not know the technician was not going to turn up. He, at least, had the decency to let me know. The next times they could offer were two weeks or one month away. Awaiting a refund!

Terrible company - waited one month for installation of a summer house. Called the day before to say 'technician no longer in the area'.
Can't get hold of them - unapologetic - unprofessional - just rubbish basically. Clearly employ untrained personnel to work the phones. Avoid! - find a local handy man..he'll charge you half.

Not even worth 1 star. They made an appointment to come out and assemble my shed and never even turned up with no phone call or Nothing tried to contact them with no response total waste of time.

Please be careful when technicians from Servico are sent to resolve /fix anything for you. A technician was sent to my house on behalf of Dunelm. He reviewed the faulty drawers I had and confirmed to me it was a manufacturer problem. But before that, he tried to fix it and he couldn't and confirmed to me it was a manufacturer issue which even he could not resolve.

He returned to the office and sent in a different report to Dunelm. He didn't even state all the issues I had with the product. He basically lied about the issues. Said it was not a manufacturer issue. As a technician, he should have been able to fix the fault if it was not a manufacturer problem.

Please note, if you have a technician visit you from this company, be sure to make them write the report in your presence and send a copy to you. The technician sent to my house was a liar or must have been confused or just didn't care about the work he does for a living.

Booked an afternoon appt the technician turned up at a claimed 0815 according to the card. He didn't knock very hard because people were in the house. Wont come back without another £49 fee and not for 2 weeks. Wont have them back on principle I'll put it together myself. Poor poor service.

Had a slight problem with an extending table and was contacted by them via the retailer. I was offered an appointment online but chose to phone them and got one for the next day. The engineer arrived within the time stated. He was very friendly and solved the problem very efficiently in a short time. He then demonstrated how the mechanism worked to make sure we had no further problems. The company provided excellent service.
