Service Manual Warehouse Omdömen

After 3 complaining e-mails you failed to answer me regarding not readable page (circuit diagram) in service manual for Yamaha T-max.

Quick and efficient service.
Does what it says on the tin! Good download, satisfying my DIY needs. A few pictures seem to only partly materialise, but given a little time, do download into good quality images. Very pleased. Good value for money

Very well put together and quick download

Straight forward.

Very easy to buy and download, and the product is exactly what I was expecting.

Quick and easy to find a manual. It's a photocopy/scan so not perfect but good enough.

Ordered a manual for 2011 artic cat atv 550h1. And no matter what I do it can't get it to down load on my phone...can,t get any help from this company..don,t east your money like I did.

Hello, I am unable to read the wiring diagrams. The print is not legible!
Please FIX this,

The manual I ordered is a photocopy of the manual not a true digital copy as the website states. I cannot see any of the pictures as they are too dark. I've tried contacting the vendor and they have not responded to my email.

Very easy to find what I needed. As soon as I paid for my purchase I was able to down and see what I needed to see.

Did everything setting in my recliner.

Cant get much easier then that!

Not very good service. Multiple phone calls and messages, no response. Finally after 4 days, was I able to download my manual. Your customer service, SUCKS!

This manual is has a lot of information for my needs and is more than generic.

Very pleased with service manual purchased.

useless pictures. Can't make anything out. total waste of money. Disputing through paypal.

update:
email - nearly a year later....
"You’ve written a review for Service Manual Warehouse, and they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience.

If you don’t respond, your review may be taken offline."

this is laughable a year later! there's plenty details on the review!

It looks like trust pilot gave them a loophole to continue ripping people off.

Note: I purchased a Haynes manual and it is amazing! I have used it several times.

These guys are a joke. don't buy it!

and don't waste your time with trust pilot - scammers too!

edit!
thanks for your reply! absolutely will I avoid you and trust pilot! and continue shopping on reputable sights! Oh and I shared this information on a site with 22k owners. SMFH.

FUNCIONA.

After buying a manual, I received a download link which did not work. I've emailed three times since then with no response. I called the listed number and got a recording which suggested emailing the company...very helpful (sarcasm!). To date, I'm out the cost of the manual and unable to contact customer service. One star was too many!

The Online Service is great - had my manual minutes after I completed the transaction. The only improvement in the service I could suggest is finding a way to improve the picture quality.
I know these are copied manuals but the pics in my version are close to useless.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Service Manual after creating a Service Manual Warehouse account. Like many reviewers the download link did not work. Then, I waited about 15 minutes, logged onto my account, and tried it again. This time it downloaded successfully. It is a nice manual complete with colors, photos, and a table of contents with hyperlinks. It is also searchable using keywords.

I've suffered the same fate: failed download link and no response to contact attempts. The site looked legit, I wish I'd done some research before purchasing. I discovered that others were having the similar issues days after no response from the seller and an online search.
