I did my dough!
I did my dough!
I paid for a Z900RS service manual and have been trying unsuccessfully to download it for 5 days. The download fails everytime at about 85%. I've tried the download on 3 different computers and even had my IT guy try from another city to no avail. I had no difficulty downloading a 500Mb driver file during this time.
I lodged two notices on the web site asking for help.
When that got no response, I emailed them twice, again no response. I called the phone number which said there was no phone support available and to try their chat box. The chat box was only a bot that was no use at all the first time I used it. I can't find the chat box at all now.
There is zero support and no manual. They only thing they did was take my money immediately.
Very unhappy to be defrauded like this.

wiring schematics are useless
wiring schematics are useless. I purchased the manual solely for the wiring schematics. The site stated the manuals were actual electronic copies of the originals, not scanned (which may be true); however, images I've seen else were of the wiring schematics are clearly legible in the hardcopy of the manuals.

Legit, worked just like promised
Paid $19.95, was given a link, I immediately downloaded the service manual. No issues. Note, it did say the download links expire in 7 days. This wasn't an issue for me.
As for the product itself, the 2018 seadoo spark manual was 100% real. I'm very happy to have my own reference.

Manual will not download - Ripoff
Have tried to download the manual 5 different times, and from different computers and all I get is "The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
Emails to customer service have gone unanswered. Stay away from this company
