Disastrous experience with Mahima…

Disastrous experience with Mahima singh.

Step 1: You get selected over indeed and will be asked to submit your work samples and resume.

Step 2: After few days, only when you follow up, you will be sent another website link to fill the same exact details yet again.

Step 3: After few days, you'd get a call stating, "are you available at xyz time for an HR interview?", once you confirm, you'd get a interview link from them.

Step 4: You'd join the meeting at said time, but now one else will. You'd mail them twice requesting for clarity while you wait in the meeting for a hour, whether you need to stay in meeting or exit, still no response.

Step 5: You'd call them over phone to re-confirm if they are busy or to know if interview is rescheduled, they'd disconnect your call on the face without answering.

Step 6: Total ignorance in WhatsApp, mail, telecall after wasting your time successfully.

Step 7: Successfully collect more resume and repeat from step 1 again.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and time you felt was wasted.

At SERP Forge, we try to keep our hiring process structured - which is why candidates are asked for work samples and to fill a form. As it helps us evaluate profiles fairly and keep details consistent across applicants.

That said, we absolutely agree on one thing: no candidate should ever be left waiting in a meeting without clarity. If that happened, it’s not acceptable, and we apologize.

About updates and feedback:
We usually update every candidate (selected or not) with feedback. However, due to the volume of applicants, we acknowledge that sometimes a response might get missed even though our goal is to reply to 100% of applicants.

Important note (so we can investigate properly):
Right now, we don’t see any applicant under the name Manisha in our records. It’s possible the application was submitted under a different name/email, or through a different role.

To help us cross-check internally and take the right action, please email us at hey@serpforge.co with:
1. the opening name you applied for
2. the email/phone number used in the application
3. and (if possible) the date/time you joined the interview

We’ll review it immediately and get back to you.

About the no-show / interview issue:
We also want to be transparent: we recently had a technical issue from the scheduling side (Calendly), where in a few cases candidates joined meetings but we didn’t get notified properly and couldn’t even see the join status. This has been fixed now, but we’re not using it as an excuse, just explaining what likely caused the gap.

Also, we purposely allow candidates to schedule calls based on their availability, because we strongly believe in respecting people’s time and promoting ownership of time in our culture.Again if you reach out on email, we’ll make sure this is investigated properly and addressed.

Unsolicited email spam

Just received their latest newsletter out of the blue, titled "ChatGPT ads are coming and it changes everything!"

Funny thing is:
- I don't know who SerpForge is
- I have never subscribed to them
- I am not a customer of theirs

So where did they get my email from and where did they get the idea from that it is a good idea to spammail me?

So: very bad impression. Not a good company.

Outstanding Growth in Just 5 Links

I was skeptical at first about how effective link building could be for my website. I had heard about SERP Forge's services and decided to give them a shot. I couldn't be happier with my decision.
