I was thrilled to receive my puzzle in record time. As fast as I got it, in two days I finished it. Love the reliability.

I ordered puzzle and was missing one pc. Contacted co and after taking picture to prove it was missing and sending it back, I was sent replacement. I also order 2 additional puzzles at this time. The replacement puzzle after completing it was missing 3 pcs this time. Now moved on to next puzzle and this one is missing 1 pc. I have one more to do but not confident it will be complete. I will not purchase anymore from this company. I’m better off just getting cheaper puzzles from local retailers. The reason this is upsetting to me is that when we pick out puzzles, it’s because we like to glue and frame them.

I would shop at Serious Puzzles again because they have so many jigsaw puzzles and shipping was fast. I had a missing piece of my puzzle and they offered to give me a new puzzle or credit for a different puzzle. I thought this was fair. The customer service person I talked to was nice with trying to work with me.

I've ordered twice from Serious Puzzles, and I will be ordering from them again. They ship quickly and have excellent products. Most importantly, a real person responds to questions. Very good experience!

They have a great selection of high quality puzzles and wonderful customer service. We got a wrong puzzle in our order and they let us keep it, while sending us the correct one free of charge. I will definitely order form them again!

My husband and I are serious puzzle fans. We recently finished "Great Blue Heron" only to find that one piece was missing. This was an especially difficult and beautiful puzzle and one we wanted to mount and display.
Serious Puzzles was kind enough to send us a replacement puzzle quickly and without charge. We sorted and found the missing piece which fit perfectly and will give the replacement puzzle (now missing one piece) to a family member who can enjoy putting it together. Great customer service by Serious Puzzles. They deserve our loyalty.

I recently had an issue with a puzzle I got from Serious Puzzles. There were two left over pieces that looked like they belonged to the puzzle but didn't fit. This meant that my puzzle was basically missing two puzzle pieces. So, I sent photos of the pieces and where they should go into the puzzle and asked what to do. To my amazement, serious puzzles sent a reply with visual and written instructions that they inserted on top of the photo I had sent. The instructions were very clear and showed how to rearrange the puzzle pieces so they would all fit. (Haha, it turns out I had put a piece in the wrong place!) I am just so impressed that customer service took the time to resolve this issue. Thanks Serious Puzzles for the puzzles you sell AND for the great customer service!!!

SERIOUS PUZZLES are very challenging and have no missing pieces like other brands. CONGRATULATIONS to the company !

Ordered on a Saturday night. I had my order Thursday morning..including the Monday holiday...during the Pandemic. Excellent!!

Extremely prompt service. The puzzle order was filled nd shipped in less than 24 hours. There was sufficient filler material in the outer shipping box to protect the puzzles inside. Additionally, the order was filled accurately.
