We take all reviews seriously; however, after carefully checking our patient records, we are unable to identify a treatment or visit matching the details described in this review.
We would also like to clarify that throughout the communication process, all of your questions were answered individually and in detail by our patient coordinator. Unfortunately, during this exchange, our coordinator was subjected to an aggressive tone and accusatory language, without consideration of the time difference.
Our patient coordinator consistently remained polite and professional while trying to assist you. At one point, after repeated directive and disrespectful remarks, they expressed that they are a human being and asked for respectful communication.
We were disappointed to see that these details were omitted from the review. For transparency, please note that all correspondence from start to finish is documented and on record.
