My experience with Seren was very disappointing. Communication often felt unclear and reactive rather than supportive. Concerns were raised with me based on general reports, without specific details such as dates or times, which made it difficult to respond meaningfully.
I also experienced ongoing confusion around basic property management matters, including heating and external lighting controls, as clear guidance was not provided at the outset. As a tenant, this created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
Overall, the lack of clear information and the way issues were handled made the living situation uncomfortable for me, and I chose to vacate the property earlier than planned. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose to rent through Seren again
