When you make an error in an order the same day you should be able to cancel and receive a refund within 24 hours it's not ethical very disappointed in this Company's attitude on refunding I will never go through them again be careful custermers

Complete waste of time, waited at home as requested from 3pm, was told at 10pm after many calls and messages it is not coming. Got some rubbish excuse that the van broke down for won’t deliver for another 3 days. Absolute rubbish. Told them we want to cancel but get bombarded with messages saying they will guarantee for this other date, keep telling them no to cancel.

Absolutely shocking. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.
Ordered a couch which they sent me images of, spoke about what I wanted and they still send the wrong couch!
I asked for all patterned cushions, the same as the picture they sent me!
And they’ve all come plain.
The couch makes a large bang as you sit down on it as whatever crap they have used isn’t even secured down properly!
Spoke with the ‘manager’ Thomas Lawson he claims his name to be.. and shown proof of payment along with the delivery driver number for him to then view and ignore all my messages.
They do not want to help, just want to take your money!
Delivery was also 2 days later than it should of been, kept being promised for a different day each day 🤣
You are better throwing your money into the bin than ordering from these clowns.

If it’s possible for me not to give them any star I will. The worst set of human being to deal with, from their manager faiz to the sales rep. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVEN IF THEIR PRODUCTS ARE FREE DONT TAKE IT

Bad service by team.If you order something they will send you something else and it happens to me many times.So time consuming and quality also not good.I have my worst experiences with them.I advice you to not to buy from them.

Too much bad quality work and bad stuff selling to customers on uneven price 👎

It is totally scrap .. plzz do not buy any thing from them they are showing something and giving something else to there customers … also have too much expensive stuff

No communication, baby activity feet smashed on arrival, phone number not working and no response to emails....

I still have not received my order and cannot get hold of anyone via email or phone.

I ordered 2 black gloss floral lamps on sale reduced from £331 down too £159 for set paid my money they accepted the order only to say next day that they needed to refund due to unable to fulfil the order only my freinds daughter ordered same lamps next day at full price of £331 and is allowed her order today they've gone up another 25p not much but when challenged them they refused to answer emails or telephone messages steer clear ! I'm taking this up with trading standards now

Bed was supposed to come on a Friday but by Tuesday I couldn't get a reply to any

I have been very disappointed with the company. I placed an order on 14th March and then requested it be cancelled on 15th March. The company told me it could not be as the order had already been dispatched. When calling the carrier (UPS) they confirmed it had not been received. I requested the order be cancelled but the company then would not respond. I started a complaint but a week later I still have not had a response. UPS has still not received the order. The company appear to be happy to keep my money, but also keep the order so that I cannot reject the delivery as I informed them I intended to do. From what I can see this is effectively theft.
I would avoid ordering from this company at all costs.

I ordered a mirror for our guestroom. Ordering from the website was straight forward & the item arrived a few days later, well packaged. It looks great on the wall.

Very very time consuming to put together so many screws caused blisters as no power tools allowed. Handle screws were incorrect length had to go and buy correct length. Only half done as lost will to live and need time for blisters to heal before attempting 3 more drawers and final push to complete. The top was very attractive however good solid wood can't wait for it to be complete sometime next year!!!!

This cabinet is very nice - it's just like the photo. It would have been useful to show a picture of inside the door compartment - there's no shelf. The 'wooden' material it is made from is surprisingly lightweight - it would be useful to add information about what type of wood it is, where it is sourced from and where the item was made. The delivery packaging was incredibly thorough and the service very good overall.

Dire! Started well by arriving a day early. The rest arrived 5 days after the given delivery date.
Customer service apologised but did nothing about it.

Edit: three pieces were missing and took 6 days to arrive. Always very sorry but with minimal action. Now I have it together I can see that it is cheap furniture. Buy pallets and nail it together. It will look better!

Late delivery. Poor quality and damaged desk. Ignored emails about the the issues.
I would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.
