Don't buy their bases they are cheap they warranty department is a joke they give you a run around. Even when you can produce the receipt. They will claim its bot covered

We've had our king mattress for 2 years. We love it. It's extremely comfortable for both my wife and I. It's the best mattress we've ever owned, better than one that cost 3 times as much. I also have a bad back and lots of sports injuries and sleep soundly in thebed. I don't find it too hot either.

Great customer service and speedy delivery. Mattress is great and my only recommendation is to air it out for a day or so before use.

I'm 1 week into trial my new mattress.

There was a little hiccup at the start when purchasing, the website didn't give me an option to specify the delivery day - a simple email and I got a response VERY quickly letting me know it was fixed.

Because I was moving house and in a muddle, I made a quick call to confirm the delivery time frame. This was followed up with an email later on confirming the delivery window - very much appreciated.

I havent had the opportunity to try my mattress yet as I read an email prior to it being delivered which stated that the flexible slat bed that I have is not to be used with these mattresses or it will void the warranty. So now I have to wait until our current 2 week lockdown is over and then I have to buy a new bed. I wish I knew that before ordering the mattress.

We received delivery of the new Serenity HLP mattress and we wanted to sleep on it for a few days before writing a review. Well, what can we say!
This is the first mattress in all the years we bought a new replacement mattress that we can comfortably say, it is the best mattress ever.
The level of comfort certainly allows you to have a great and restful sleep. There is no soreness in the mornings when you get up. We feel the difference as the body relaxes so well, that the sleeping experience is phenomenal.
There is no wonder as to why this mattress has been endorsed by Osteopathy Australia.
It is impressive to see to how well this mattress has been engineered and how much development this new technology has brought to us. It certainly has gone through a very methodical and analytical design because the results can be felt in your body. Simply amazing!

We bought a SerenityHLP medium for the guest room in our new apartment. We have been forced to use it as our new king bed is yet to arrive. The SerenityHLP is fantastic, by far the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on. I am amazed - can’t believe how good it is.
