Girl friend who wears true sterling siver without problem , has lumps and skin damage on finger in under 2 weeks of wearing a stamped sterling silver ring

I’m very embarrassed as it was a gift . It’s absolute rubbish .. won’t go near this shop again !

This company has horrible customer service. I later found out after I had already ordered. They are actually out of China. They list themselves as a local company born out of the desert of Arizona, but they actually do not have a physical number address only a street name.
I ordered a ring back on January 9th and to this day still have not received it and since January 19th, it has been sitting in a warehouse apparently in Los Angeles.They have poor communication, and they have charged me for the item.I still have not received a refund!!
They continue to apologize and say they're sending out another gift but if I didn't get the first item why would I wait for a second one
They are not what they seem.! To date I still have not received my item I ordered or received a refund nor any confirmation I am even going to get one or the other. They do not respond.

This has been the worst customer service I have ever had with a company. It’s been a month still have not received my jewelry and I have a bad feeling. I’m gonna be sending it back. It’s only coming from New York. I had to threaten them with fraud charges to get them to even answer my emails do not order from them. I will complete my review when I receive this jewelry and I have a bad feeling about it.

Got a ring as a gift for Christmas wrong size contacted company to exchange. Took 2 days to get the address where to return item completely different address than the one given at shipping. Now they have the return item and have not sent out the exchange after paying $10 for exchange and the cost to ship item back.

Absolutely an amazing company. Every item i ordered is beautiful. I highly recommend and will be ordering again in the future.

I made two purchases from this company in which they took money from my CC accounts and failed to send or deliver the product I purchased. dent inquiries and get no response. first purchase December 15, 20025 and second 01-05-26

I ordered my 3 rings dec 15th and still have not received them. Their Timeline says 10-12 days but it's been well over that & on the website it still says processing. I have reached out to their customer service 3 times and have not heard a single word back from them. The jewelry looks beautiful online but i wouldn't know if it really is!

I ordered several rings from Serene Western on Facebook back in October 2025 but one ring came in the wrong size. I called the phone number listed several time with "the person you are calling is not taking calls right now". I tried to exchange it with no results. The rings are very nice but customer service has a lot to be desired.

I purchased a one of kind ring that I absolutely loved and got so many compliments on. After a month a so, I noticed that the tiny gemstones started to fall out. I reached out to Serene Western with a photo. The communication with them was quick and positive. The told me that they would replace the ring at no cost to me. I just received my new on yesterday and I'm so excited to start wearing it again!

It took a while to receive the items, but definitely worth the wait!! Customer Service was super supportive and was very responsive with my questions. Very satisfied with my purchases!

The jewelry is marked as 925 Sterling But it is actually silver over base metal and after a very short time of wearing the base metal is showing through I’ve asked for a refund. I’m still waiting on it. They will not answer emails. It takes them over a week to reply and then they change what they stated in a previous email please. save your money do not buy from this company. They look beautiful, but they will not last but a short time.

I didn’t receive any of the items I paid for and received one ring I didn’t order. I have reached out through their customer service email called the number supposedly for customer service and it’s is not a professional number and I still left a voicemail, I have tried for months now to reach someone for a full refund since I never received my order and I am in process of filing a police report for fraud and theft. I would not recommend this company to anyone I know.

The jewelry is beautiful. However, the ring sizing is not equal to typical US ring sizes and the return/exchange process is unnecessarily difficult (way too many steps/emails back and forth).

I bought my wife an earring and necklace set trying to suprise her, unfortunately my wife didn't like the style of the ones I picked out. I contacted there customer service department and they let me exchange them for a set that my wife picked, even though there was absolutely nothing wrong with the products or anything they did wrong, Serene Western made the whole process very very easy. We have ordered 3 pair of rings a few years ago and my wife loves the quality of there product, we will definitely be buying from Serene Western again and again. Thank you Serene Western Customer Service, you guys are GREAT!!!!

Purchasing was very easy. I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size ring. They were really cool about helping out to return the ring and get the correct size. Highly recommend them.

The ring is absolutely beautiful and they made exchanging the size super easy.

I love the nebula drop ring I purchased, but it was a little small. The company agreed to exchange it, even if I had thrown away the box. I am impatient to receive the right size in order to wear it. The ring is just gorgeous!
