Serenade is a rip off. I purchased jeans for my grandson for Christmas. They were too small and I returned them for an exchange just as they came. I was there when he tried them on and he couldn't even pull them up. They received them back December 31st. After I emailed them 3 times, I just heard from them yesterday, January 14th. They had their nerve to say that I returned them without tags...they would return them to me if I paid for shipping or I could donate them. This is after I paid for the jeans and paid $34 for a restocking fee. I'm reporting them to my credit card. NEVER will I purchase from them again. What a scam!! I should have read the reviews first.

Mannn other then the expensive ah prices I never had a issue with this place been a buyer for 3 years now lol come get sum

Pacco mai arrivato ho ordinato il 28 e il 30 è partita la spedizione, dal 9 dicembre il pacco sta fermo a Milano contatto l assistenza e non risponde nessuno. Servizio pessimo.

Really Bad customer support they send me a to small jeans that dint even fit and dont let me return it or replace it

My son purchased a pair of jeans, tried them on. They were to short. He's 6.8. He took them off, I packed the pants and shipped them back after receiving the RMA. He got an email this morning stating that they rejected his return because (Unfit for resale or restocking - Pants smell worn/Used and the skin particles and lint all along the inside). What kind of S**t is this. What and insult. He will no longer be shopping with them again.

I order from them £300 worth of items and never got it the tracking number was never good they never send out the package they created the label and when I reached out they keep sending me to ups and ups has no recoded of the item being shipped they advise only the labor was created they are a bad company

IF YOU BUY SOMETHING PREPARE TO KEEP IT BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN IT THEY WILL REJECT THE RETURN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IF THEY WERE A REPUTABLE COMPANY THEY WILL ACCEPT A RETURN EVEN IF THE JEAN DOESNT HAVE 1 OF THE TAGS. THIS COMPANY SAID THE JEAN I RETURNED HAD A SMELL WHICH WAS A COMPLETE LIE....

Their jeans are awesome I highly recommend buying from them… their jeans are a little pricey but for the quality they’re really worth it!
