A really scam
I made the order 20 days ago (June 10, 2020), it is a scam. My bank ensures that the money has arrived. On top of that, the man (Andy Jansen) is rude (not send ticket. !!! if you again send ticket your account blocking .. !!). Service not recommended, it is a hoax.

They are thieves
They are thieves, they say they have not received the money, I send them proof that the transfer was made correctly and they answer that they are not going to do anything and they have deleted my account. I know I'm not the only one who has had this happen.

HE RECEIVES MONEY BUT YOU NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, EITHER YOU RECEIVE EMPTY ENVELOPES OR HE GIVES YOU A TRACKING NUMBER WITH AN ADDRESS THAT ISN'T YOUR (NOV 2019). THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS ON THE NET. DAMAGE TO HIM BECAUSE SENSAROMATICS WAS VERY GOOD, THIS GUY HAS NOTHED ANYTHING IN BUSINESS. I NEVER RECOMMENDED FROM THEM ANY MORE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR AS US. I ALSO ASSUME THAT COVID IS AN OPPORTUNITIES FOR HIM BY MAKING BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE DELAYS AND VARIOUS PROBLEMS AS THESE ARE SCAMS THAT ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Before ( 3/4 years ago) this shop is very serious (best white A-PVP and orange A-PHP crystal i never try!) but now is just a scam!!!

I would like to emphasize and bring to the attention of the unjust and unscrupulous behavior of the company.
I placed and paid an order that was delivered to UPS for shipping. Unfortunately, the order never left for delivery to the recipient.
Contacted the Custom Care Care of the failed departure they sent a second order in a timely manner and even this was never delivered to the recipient.
Contacted again Sensaromatics I receive as a response that they have already sent twice and lost too much money with my order.
UPS contact and I receive as a response that the sender must request an investigation to find out what happened and then request a refund. Once again contact sens. I am treated with rudeness saying that they will not solve the problem and threatening that in case of further complaints they would have blocked my account. Responding that it is incorrect, professional and fair to treat customers in this way, they blocked my account in response. Lost two orders and even money.
DO NOT BUY FROM SENS.
BE CAREFUL!!!
Stay away from this site !!!
