I’ve been using Sen8ate for 8 months…
I’ve been using Sen8ate for 8 months approximately…, I added to my beauty regime initially and now it’s the only products I use., I have combination skin so can be hard to find products that really work … and Sen8ate really does what it says on the box. I will be re-ordering. Such a great product with wonderful customer services - the packaging is lovely. I recommend this product

My latest Skincare find!
My latest Skincare find!! Love the sustainable packaging that is used, also the bottles look amazing on your bathroom shelf and no plastic in sight! The cleanser is just divine. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it foams up and leaves your skin feeling really refreshed, the smell is so good too. Love the daily CBD moisturiser too, so light and non greasy on my skin.

Disappointed with everything
I bought from this company due to me wanting to try new skincare products and I'm super excited to try and be more sustainable and natural. A advertisement popped up on my Instagram page so I thought I'd give it a try, I paid extra for another product which came up to £9.98. Unfortunately when they arrived I was extremely disappointed, the samples are tiny so I can't see how you can give them a proper review as there's probably about 2 days worth of product and my extra product was a tiny circular tin worth no more than £1 if that. I feel like I've been ripped off

Karina thankyou for taking the time to write a review. We can see that you are disappointed with what you received and we are very sorry you feel this way. We do however think it is important to clarify that the advert you saw was to receive a free 15 ml sample of our Nourishing Cleanser and a 5 ml sample of our Radiance Facial Scrub. We only requested you pay for postage and packaging for £5.98. You were offered an additional mystery gift for an additional £3.99 and we actually sent you two additional 5ml samples of our face creams which retail at £45-£50 and so were worth about £5 each. Therefore the actual value of what you received for £9.98 was approximately £20 as you received the cleanser in a sustainable glass bottle with a wood dispenser and the other products were in aluminium containers and the samples were put in a 100% cotton Jute bag with our personalised logo. We therefore think it is unfair to say that the extra product you received was worth no more than £1. The products were samples and as such samples are designed for you to try the products and see if they work. They are not designed to last more than a couple of days , so we feel that to say you feel ripped off is misleading and not a factual account of the situation.
