Terrible customer service policies
Ordered a Midi Maestra as a gift for a family member. Bag did not fit her small laptop well at all. Contacted Senreve customer service to exchange it for the larger regular Maestra and was told "sorry, the Midi was a Final Sale and we don't accept exchanges." Mind you, I was not asking for refund, I was asking for an exchange for a bag that was 3x the cost of what I originally bought. Their lack of willingness to provide customer service to resolve this issue is why I would not suggest doing business with them.
