I did not realize I was ordering a "certified open box". Most is ok, but one stsr bolt has no threads. Making contact with a human agent is very hard. The AI agent said a misding-part form was being sent, but I have not seen the form. I bought a bolt at the hardware store. Not as good as the correct part, but functional.

1) Make it clear that you are supplying an opened box,
2) Devote more resources to answering customers' inquiries.

The order was made around October 1 period on October 6 we received it had been shipped. I checked the USPS website and they said they were waiting for the item to arrive from sSenior. After about a week in the USPS site did not change. I started calling and I can only get to talk to AI! It’s now three weeks later and I still haven’t gotten any item and it’s still at the same spot of waiting for arrival from senior.com on the USPS website. No other communications until today and you used an old outdated email address and called an old outdated telephone number October 1 until October 22. What more can I say just terrible terrible service

I placed an order for two button pulls and only received one. I have been trying to get in touch with their customer service department for over three weeks to no avail. The number you call for help is an AI bot and sounds helpful BUT I still have got NO RESPONSE. Very frustrating!

Product received timely and in perfect condition. Delivered just as ordered.

The wrapping was a nightmare and there was no invoice inside.

I ordered Nepro dialysis shakes from them Aug 23rd 2025. Paid. Never got them. All my efforts to reach them were ignored. I did receive a call shortly after I ordered, informing me the vanilla wouldn't arrive til September. I agreed to wait. But like I wrote, they completely ignored all my attempts to find out whats going on. Total silence. Now it's October 20th. I just filed complaint with BBB.

Return cost and of shipping fees are atrocious as the purchases were not of good quality.

The delivery was very good but the part received is not the one shown in the photo on the website, I was only able to use part of it because it had the original screw.

Very pleased with the bed and white glove service! Disappointed that the delivery time was off by several weeks. Also the customer support is poor. I asked a simple question that the chatbot couldn't answer (is the mattress included) and they said a person would call me (nope).
