Company is a fraud. They are going out of business and try to sell you open box items that they have from returns. Otherwise they say they are out of stock. Stay away they won't return calls and will hang up on you.

I would never do business with these folks. They are a scam if I ever saw one. Very misleading website . I bought what I thought was a Walker , I finally received a “back rest” ? I called right away to say I needed to return it because I had no use for it. Their answering service is AI and I called several times to no avail . I filed a complaint with the BBB and they encountered the same problem , unable to reach anyone. Today I received an email from Jeff who likely is also AI - saying my return was denied as is in all “final sales”? When I responded to the email it bounced back saying “email did not exist “. Folks a warning DO NOT BUY anything from Senior.com. It’s a scam and like me I’ve lost my hard earned $150.00. This is unacceptable .

Do NOT buy here! I received an add-on sensor for a SMPL pager that did not work. SMPL support advised it is defective and to return it. Senior com refuses to accept the return "because we don't accept returns of final sale items" (senior.com support email). What a marketing strategy "Sell broken junk to seniors!"

So, so bad. For a company providing services to a vulnerable elderly population, their practices are predatory and terrible. Placed an order in July, merchandise was not received, requested a refund...and have left 20+ messages and sent 20+ emails...and they still have my money. Have received multiple email responses that the issue will be "escalated" and refund "requested from accounting" but nothing happens. I ordered on behalf of my elderly and disabled father, he could never negotiate to try and get his money back, so they just keep it. Terrible and disgusting business model. This company, which previously was amazing in terms of customer service, has outsourced their call center and is utilizing an automated assistant. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak with an actual agent. The automated assistant gives a loop of transferring you to customer service, then indicating that no one is available, and to leave a message.

They are a scam site. Ordered a battery charger says was delivered even a tracking number called post office the envelope was 10oz with no name they informed me was a scam they send labels making you think you got the product

My friend did not get his complete order ,and to top it off they won't even return my call,instead when I call you have to repeat yourself over and over to a bot.this place will never get my business again that was 425$ gone down the drain.im reporting to the ftc.

I had been looking for the tooth brushes for a while. When I found your site I was happy. The brushes were great. They clean my dentures very well. I will order again.

Honest review.DO NOT buy from this Company they scammed 8,000.00 from a Senior Veteran.

Great delivery and superb service and product

I had ordered dentures about a year ago they were nice and worth the money I paid. Compared to the dentures I recently received they are cheap plastic looking teeth and not the same I am very disappointed in them. I believe I could have ordered them from temu (the same dentures) and paid way less for them.

Customer service I would give 0 stars. Tried contacting via email several times and couldn’t even get in touch with anyone.

Wrong item sent. I have called numerous times, emailed and complained. Not once can you get a person to answer only artificial stupidity. Still waiting as not a single reply in over a week of emails and phone calls.

Senior.com sent me a box of what appear to be spare parts for a rollator, when I ordered a raised toilet seat. In 4 days they have not responded to my voice or email messages regarding a return for this item. I guess bad service is what they are good at?

You only delivered half my order. I raised the issue in both an email and a phone call and you never followed up on it. Your company owes me money or another product.

Thus company worked diligently to produce a product that met my needs! I would buy from them again!
